The initial phone conversation is why we chose Chase. On the first call he spent 45 discussing our needs and breaking down the neighborhoods and type of home we would be looking for. He didn't need to spend that kind of time on the initial phone call or respond to all of our market questions, but he did that with enthusiasm. We were comfortable with his work during the buying process and trusted him during the negotiation period. Specifically during the negotiation period he was very responsive and available to get us the house we wanted. Finally, the closing process went very smooth and we felt in good hands with him and Ash. He also had good recommendations on home inspectors, mortgage brokers, etc. We would recommend Chase in the future to anyone buying a home.
