Her staging abilities and knowledgle of our neighbourhood was instrumental to selling our property in Acadia. She was responsive in her communications and provided reccomendations for other services (i.e. painters). I would highly recommend Cole.

For selling and staging, she has amazing taste and spent hours of her time to make our house stand out for pictures and viewings. When the offer came through, Cole was on the ball and everything was handled fast and stress-free. When it came to buying, Cole was available 24/7 for showings, had great recommendations/thoughts on potential houses, and when we decided on “The One”, Cole went in bargaining and helped us lock it in during a very competitive time to buy houses. Cole also recommended our mortgage broker, lawyer, and moving company, who were all excellent to work with and now other members of our family have used them. Buying and selling is a stressful process, but all of Cole’s recommendations made the whole experience that much better. Overall, I can’t recommend Cole enough. Give her a call and go get your dream house!
