★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first listing with Tracy was in 2016. With her help, we sold our home after one week on the market at a price that made us quite happy. Luck?! We thought.
Until our recent sale of our home in 2017, also with Tracy assistance, that we realized luck has very little influence on our transaction. Tracy's knowledge of market trends and activity is exceptional. Her keen eyes for details and superb sense of presentations helped us tremendously in organizing the property for showings. Most importantly, we were very impressed with Tracy's negotiating skills. Sold price did not disappoint!
