Our selling price was not what we wanted but this was market driven, then once this was complete Heather assisted in getting us a better deal on our purchase, to balance out the losses on the sale. Heather was great at assisting in the negotiation process when we were re-negotiating our purchase transaction. We highly recommend Heather and would use her again. This is important as our prior agent did not have a lot of what we are looking for in an agent. Solid communicator, good negotiator and is looking out for us as a seller or buyer.
