Rebecca and Nelson made the purchase of our first home so easy! From the initial meeting to the signing of the paperwork and after, we've felt supported and like all of our questions and concerns were completely valid. As first time homebuyers, we were probably a touch on the needy side and we really appreciated the thorough explanations and proactive approach — not to mention the rapid responses in the group chat. What a dream team! Rebecca and Nelson were great to work with in purchasing our first home. They were responsive to our MANY inquiries and very accommodating when it came to scheduling viewings … sometimes within half hour of asking to check out a place. Both are incredibly knowledgeable about real estate and exude professionalism, but at the same time they were very genuine and personable too. They were just as interested in finding us the perfect home for our family as we were. 10/10 will use them in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for a great realtor.

I reached out to Rebecca for assistance in purchasing a home. She replied that she would call me back but never did. I wouldn't trust my money with someone that has trouble keeping their word and does not follow through. Waste of time. In response to Rebecca Yarmoloy's reply to my review and subsequent emails- Everyone do yourself a favour and do not deal with someone who acts like a child. Buying a home is one of the most important and costly decisions of your life. You do not need to work with someone who is going to argue with you and has difficulty being fully accountable for their actions. Rebecca's personality is not a fit for this line of work. If there is ever a mistake and you call her out on it there is a good possibility that she will just find a way to blame it on you to minimise her accountability. You cannot afford to waste time and energy and take the risk of having someone with this kind of childish attitude overseeing a major life-changing decision. Her initial email in response to my review was apologetic and she invited me to reach out to her if I ever wanted to chat again. However, several hours after that email she decides that her ego is far more important and comes up with the idea to play the role of a victim worried about her safety as you can see in her response to my review. She now claims that my initial email made her "feel uneasy" yet in her response to that email she wrote that she could definitely help me out with my new home search and was open to setting up a phone call to discuss my needs in more detail. This obviously did not happen and thus my review above. In another email she threatens to call the authorities because I offered to take down the review if she would make amends and finally do her job. Then in her latest email to me she admits that she did not prioritize getting back to me and that she "dropped the ball." This woman is a child and is both mentally and emotionally unstable. Do not waste your time and energy like I did. There are thousands of realtors in Calgary. Choose a realtor who will not act like a child and make you a priority.

The only downside to finding our dream home is that we do not get to chat with or see Rebecca multiple times a week! She was professional, responsive, and honest. Rebecca was available, flexible, and punctual. We were so lucky to have been able to work closely with her throughout the home buying process. We will refer her to others, and use her again [but hopefully not too soon because we truly found our dream home!] :)

Nelson was very professional and highly knowledgeable. He gave us realistic numbers based on the current market. His advice and suggestions were successful and from listing to sold date was less than a week above list price!

My Fiancé and I were first time home buyers and Rebecca was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when it came to explaining the whole process to us. We had a dream of living in the same neighborhood as both of my sisters, and Rebecca managed to find us the home of our dreams in the same neighborhood before it was even listed on the market. We were able to get the house for a very great price! The whole process was enjoyable and stress free and Rebecca really made sure we were getting the home and neighborhood we wanted. I thought my dream may have been out of reach due to the completive sellers’ market we entered into, but Rebecca was determined to get us what we wanted, and she made it happen for us. We will miss seeing Rebecca on a regular basis because she is a really enjoyable, friendly and professional person to work with!
