We were randomly trying to search for a realtor to help us find our first home in the new country and thank heavens, we came across Brittany Riley. She is a gem of a person and a professional realtor who understands her business real well. She took time understanding our likes and dislikes, to find us our forever home. She even went out of her way to drive us and our 5 year old chatter box for the showings. We knew after 2-3 meetings that she is very thorough with her work. We were new to Canadian way of life and understanding simple things like poly-b, water softeners, radon, were big things for us. We could not have done this without her expertise and talent. Brittany is a family friend now and is always welcome in our home that she helped us find.

My sisters and I had a estate prosperity that had been listed by a realtor for 6 months with minimal showings or enthusiasm from the firm listing it. The realtor was a referral from a friend. My wife and I had used Mike, from Justin’s team, for a previous sale with very good results. I contacted Justin’s office and was put through to Heather. We met at the property and within days she had set up a zoom meeting to meet all of us, my sisters live in Vancouver and California. The meeting was very impressive as we watched Heather smoothly go though everything her team would do to help with the sale. She answered all our questions with the exception of two that she promised to follow up on. Minutes after the meeting, an email with answers to the remaining questions came through. We selected Heather to list and immediately the wheels were turning. Almost too fast for me, she had photos and measuring booked and we were shown in the “coming soon”. We were kept up to date with viewings and in less than 2 weeks we had an offer. Although it was low, Heather managed to get it increased to an acceptable amount. Possession was two months from the day we listed, we could not be happier. Heather made this an easy and enjoyable experience. My realtor on the Justin Havre team is Angie, and I am very pleased with the hard work she did to help me find a new home and sell mine. Her team was excellent at advising me how to stage my home, and the photos and videos were very impressive. So much so that my home sold on the first day! Jason Fraser is a very helpful realtor that kept us in the loop with properties for sale at the Phoenician for the better part of a year. The right place at the right time was listed for sale and within a few days we had viewed the condominium, an offer was put in and accepted. Had the pleasure of working with Colt! With the market as crazy as it has been, he did an excellent job getting us in to as many places as we could see! He helped write multiple offers (some of which ended up getting outbid substantially) and had all the bases covered for home inspectors, lawyers, and anything you could need to complete the process from start to finish! He even helped me move my fish tank :D 100% will use them again in the future if/when we sell our current purchase and change locations! I would happily recommend them to anyone I know!
