β β β β β CWHO is such a great resource for all things real estate. The team has really been through the trenches and know it all inside and out. The best part is that they are happy to share all of the information and information provided is ALWAYS relevant and up to date. I highly recommend them to all investors in real estate. They are great for those starting out as their guidelines and systems in place are easy to follow but they are also great for those who have been in the game long enough and need to be updated on new trends and efficient processes.

β β β β β I enjoy the monthly mastermind meetings that Commonwealth Home Ownership hosts. These meetings are a great place for anyone who wants to learn about real estate and investing in it. What I like is the various topics discussed and learning how they affect real estate. The presentations are insightful and interactive. There's also ample time for people to air their questions and to network with other attendees.

β β β β β My husband and I have been attending Commonwealth Home Ownership monthly meetings since they started. We always look forward to them. When we started going, we were newer to Real Estate investing but not once did anyone ever make us feel inane. In fact, they make a point to make sure people are comfortable asking the questions they need answers to, at any level.
Not only are they a great group of guys with interesting topics, but they also attract a great crowd. We also learn from many of the well seasoned guests that attend too.
I absolutely recommend commonwealth to anyone who is the person with a newly peeked interest in Real Estate to the skillful investor.

They have been helping me invest in real estate in the Calgary area for about a year and have helped me progress and get organized. I've joined their Associate program, which is a guided approach to real estate investing. The systems, documents and tools have made investing in real estate much easier. They have also helped me overcome mindset challenges by sharing their experiences and coaching me through their personal obstacles in similar situations.
