I had bought my first investment property and was fortunate enough to have a realtor who held my hand throughout the entire process, but I still felt like I was just relying on someone else for information. Going to real estate meetings and mastermind groups were helpful but there was still a lot that I wasn’t fully understanding, and my lack of knowledge seemed insurmountable.
When I began my coaching sessions, Brad helped me figure out what I wanted. He helped me focus my energy on how to get it, and to not get distracted by ‘bright, shiny object syndrome’. He showed me that by breaking down any goal into smaller ones, make things so much more manageable.
With his help I have built up the confidence to continue on my journey. I would highly recommend Brad’s coaching to anyone wanting to succeed. What I admire about him is that he doesn’t just talk about it, he lives it and he does so with integrity.

With Brad I was able take a clear accounting of my current situation and to hone my investment decision making skills by laying out all the information and letting math rather than emotion influence my choices. Brad and his methods help make large goals achievable by breaking them down into actionable parts, then coupling that with accountability.
His weekly coaching sessions helped me and my business to the next level.
