★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have dealt with Dana Dow Jewellers for 20+ years. Very disappointed with the new owner. She’s very uppity and “look at me”. First time I met her she was standing behind the counter chopping on a sandwich.....ewwwww. The other ladies are wonderful, friendly, and knowledgable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As new Calgary residents, we (wifey) wanted to get some jewelry cleaned, appraised and resized. After several calls to various jewelers, we decided on Dana Dow, a privately owned business opposed to a jewelry chain-supporting local business.
We met with Kristy, the owner. Tiffany and I really enjoyed meeting her, what a dynamic and gregarious personality. It was like talking with a friend. She is amazing.
She easily earned our business! What a wonderful shopping experience.
Will we return for further shopping experience, darn tootin’ !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a chain necklace for my husband for Christmas this year and it's already broken apart. Customer service was terrible when we took it back today. Say they will only soder the one link that is broken for free and NOT the other links that clearly need it. They want $30 per soder. It's a $500 chain that clearly has terrible craftsmanship and of course won't return it. Do not recommend this store at all!! If I could leave negative stars I would. Not impressed.

She is the perfect example of how one should care for their customers, and the way she talked with me till the end was really great. I will visit the store again and again.. And loving my diamond hoop earrings too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing store with a great selection of unique jewellery. You will find more designs and value for your money here compared to shopping at a major chain/franchise store. Love the local feel of this store as well. The staff who work here are very attentive and you don't have to wait long for help. The manager always has a happy and positive attitude no matter how busy or multitasking she is. That's true service!
