★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist/assistant was very unprofessional and rude towards customers.
We were 5 minutes late due to road work and detour and she called us twice (within that 5 minute) telling us to be there in 2 minute. The moment we enter the clinic, we apologized right away but the receptionist just said “weight your dog here and there will be late fee apply”. A late fee that was never informed when we booked the appointment.
We found her very rude and unprofessional, we would not consider going back to the clinic or recommend to any friend or family because it’s not right to treat your customer this way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Rosio and assistant Gloria were very helpful in guiding me with my dog food selection to ensure safe for my pet’s health issues. Dr. Rosio took the time to compare and carefully review the food nutrition analysis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t know where all these recent negative reviews are coming from, I’ve been at this clinic for a few years now and all of the staff and doctors we met were very nice people. They genuinely care for my two fur babies and were very knowledgeable with all my questions. The staff/assistants were also very sympathetic when my dog was sick, which was really appreciated during the stressful times. Dr.Wendy Wang has been our primary vet for the past few years now and we’ve never had any bad experience. Would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My "kitty" passed and it was 8am and I brought her into the clinic. The receptionist was very caring and we arranged for cremation and I was able to leave kitty and I felt a sense of closure. Thank-you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Charach is the best veterinarian in my opinion. He's straight to the point and there's no grey areas that leave you wondering why he does what he does. Reasonably priced, the staff are great and I wouldn't bring my pets anywhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Charach sedated our cat without owner permission. When questioned his decision, he said the cat was "uncooperative", and then stormed off into his office. Strongly advise against visiting this vet. Report will be submitted to CVBC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Rosie was really amazing and helpful, she is really genuine and cared about our puppies. She didn’t prescribe anything that was unnecessary and made us and our pups feel very safe. The reception team was also very kind to follow up with us too. Thank you Dr Rosie, Dr Charach and the team!
