Tim helped us install a plumbing feature in our home that we did not previously have. Not only did he respond promptly, but he completed the job efficiently and with a great big smile which brightened my day. I highly recommend Tim and Bema for all your plumbing needs. We have had Tim over twice to help my family with our water needs. The first time was for a leaking problem that I originally thought would be a much bigger problem than it really was. When Tim arrived, I immediately told him what I thought might be wrong. He agreed that it COULD be a potential reason, but he methodically and professionally tried to recreate our problem so that he could troubleshoot it. After 30 minutes of trying many different things, we were finally able to recreate the leak. What I originally thought to be a drain pipe issue (leak or what not) turned out to just be the deterioration of the sealant behind my shower fixtures. What could have turned into a much bigger cost for me turned out to be a very simple fix. After discovering the leak, Tim promptly fetched fresh silicone from his truck and fixed the leak in 5 minutes. The second time, Tim came to my house to help us change the hot water tank that was due for a change. We were chatting about this before he left the first time, but didn’t make an appointment. Even though it took us a few weeks to decide to make an appointment with him, he was patient during that time and never rushed us to make an appointment with him. When he arrived for the appointment, he was fully prepared for the job, and more. He worked carefully and thoughtfully and left the area cleaner than when he arrived! Through both of these appointments, it is evident that Tim is a very knowledgable and honest plumber. Too many times have I heard from my friends of other trades people that try to make the problem worse than it really is to earn more money. This is definitely NOT the case with Tim, and Bema Plumbing is now on my phone contacts for any of my water and gas needs.

Tim helped us to replace a bathroom faucet. He also helped us to investigate the laundry faucet and simply turned up the valve properly to make it work. He was very professional and caring about customer. I have Bema on my speed dial now for my gas and plumbing needs. We will highly recommend Bema for our neighbor, friends and family. Truly genuine customer service that is hard to come by these days. Lucky to find them on Google :) !

We have had Tim from Bema Plumbing come over several times to our home. Every time we have had Tim over, he has been friendly, very knowledgeable and responsive. Our toilet was making weird sounds and causing bad smells whenever we flushed lately. Tim came in on time flushed it once and immediately realized what the problem was. Apparently the shower hadn’t been used in many months so the P-trap had dried out. After running the shower for a few seconds then he tried flashing again and no more weird sound and no more smells. Tim didn’t bother to charge me for his quick resolution which was awesome. I completely recommend Tim for any plumbing need that you may have.

When I called on the weekend (Saturday, Jan. 8th, 2022) during lunch time, Tim responded so quickly and was at my address as promised within 2 hours with his equipment. He was super knowledgeable and helpful. He resolved the issue I called for quickly and efficiently without any hassel. He is also willing to answer any of my related plumbing questions. I am so impressed by his level of service and professionalism. It is so hard these days to find a good trades person who is really good at his job. I would highly recommend his business to anyone.
