★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First a little backstory on my situation: Originally, I had ordered a bin from another company. I have an extremely narrow driveway and was assured that their "experienced drivers" can put the bin anywhere. They couldn't do it. I was screwed.
I called Brad's Junk Removal on 4pm Friday afternoon and explained my situation. 9am the next morning he was able to drop the bin in my driveway on the first attempt. I'm extremely appreciative that Brad made time to help me out on such short notice. Especially, when he had other engagements that weekend.
Brad is very clear with his instructions and transparent with his pricing. No surprises.
I'll definitely be using him again if I ever need another bin.

Brad was so thoughtful when I was showing him what has to go, he quoted extremely fairly, and held to that quote. Would highly recommend for any junk removal!

I’ve used this provider in the past and they always provide professional and clean services. When you call they respond back to calls in a timely manner. They don’t leave you hanging and wondering, did they get my call, message or email?
Today’s pick up was for a loveseat and Queen mattress. I needed these items removed on a short timeline and Brad made that happen with next day service. They provided me with a very reasonable quote and stuck to the “over the phone quote” sight unseen of items. My queen mattress was old and super heavy and weighed a lot, “it’s a slug”. They removed it with no problem or complaint.
This is a provider who is different from all the others. Friendly, professional and top notch services!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am more than happy to recommend Brad's Junk Removal to anyone I know. I like to support local companies and I knew some people in the past who used this company and were positive about their experiences. Any company around for more then 30+ years must be doing something right.
Quick response to my call and straightforward about what would need to be done and the costs. I had two old sheds that needed to be taken down, as well as items that I needed to get rid of. Access to my townhouse is through a courtyard only, not easy for a truck to come in and drop a bin. But Brad did it! Thanks Brad and his crew, job done efficiently and in a timely manner!

He answered immediately and gave me a time for noon the same day. Amazing service. Very professional, and right on time. Plus he took 2 desks and an extra recliner for me. Outstanding price too. Highly recommend Brad and team.

Our bin was dropped off early and picked up with no problems. Brad was incredibly professional to ensure we had easy access to the bin without causing any disruptions to nearby neighbors as well as a safe pickup and drop-off under a tight area with little truck access. Couldn't be more happy with the service provided.
