★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I applied to eco waste and did not get hired because I was a former employee of harvest urban wood. I was and still a iuoe union member and thats another reason why. I'm more than enough qualified for the position and they should not let work politics get in the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know this is a one-star review but that is only for the purchase of soil from this location. I purchased 4 yards of soil from this location. I level my backyard with it and now have chafer beetles. I have never had the problem before and nor do I have the problem in my front yard. I purchased the soil from another location for my front yard and have not had raccoons peeling back the turf.
Although I had a bad experience with the soil purchase pretty I must say that The Dumping fees Eco waste are more than fair. The staff it's extremely helpful. Overall great experience for disposal. Just stay away from me soil for sale.

I disposed a tree stump, and they didnt cahrge me for yard waste disposal fee as I am a Richmond resident.
According to their website, disposal fees would apply to non-richmond residents.
Do your research before you go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Weight of my cargo van empty in both weight scale. In the one coming in is showing 32 one leaving showing 26 lol not sure what’s going on here??? The lady tried to charge me 85 for one garbage bag and I told her why is that much?? She told me we go by weight. I told her something not adding up here. I asked he if she don’t mind me driving over the other scale again. She told me don’t worry about it I charge you the minimum which is $30. I told her I’m just curious want to know and hey see the pic of yourself

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you can’t recycle or dispose of your stuff, this place can take it. Soil, dry wall, broken down furniture, rugs, even a small boat; they take almost everything except asbestos. I was here to dispose of metal closet sliding doors.
As you enter, you drive your car on a weighing ramp, the guys in the booth get a read, they ask you what you have, where to drive it to, you unload it yourself, then pay for what you offloaded from your car / truck. Credit card accepted. This place is gated when not operational, so no illegal dumping takes place.
