Some of your staff, REALLY need basic trainings of customer service and hospitality - if you know what this word means. The attitude some of your staff demonstrated, reminded me of the back of the β€œHell’s Kitchen”. Your pricing structure is a joke, parent needs to pay to get in to supervise his/her own toddler kid who has already been charged to get in, not to mention same price for 0-18 yrs old. Looks like you’re either trying to hijack parents with young kids, or simply discourage them from supervising their kids. Someone could get HURT ,or DIE - it’s only been a few yrs β€” need a reminder? Wish we had checked the reviews here and TripAdvisor before bringing our business here.

Went a couple times with my friends and gotta say this place is a 10/10. Staff very informative and vigilant with the rules. Foam pit is awesome to jump into, for sure is the best part of the experience. Rock climbing was fun, on par with rock climbing only experiences but cheaper. I hope to bring my kids here one day.

Trampoline parks are great fun for kids and adults. There are plenty of trampolines here and other fun areas. The issue seems to be when it gets busy. We went on a rainy Saturday and the place was overcrowded, not enough staff, way too many kids - old and young and a bunch of young adults also enjoying themselves. The result was kids of all ages getting hurt. In the hour that we were there, I saw multiple collisions and bad falls by the overcrowding on trampolines and lack of staff enforcing safety. Would recommend only going when quiet.

To the kids here for 2 hours. Foam Pit, rock climbing section, and ninja section is closed off due to Covid. The other areas are open and there are plenty of room for families to be spaced out. For the first half the lights were off which made me feel like I was at a rave. I much prefer the lights on but the kids liked the lights off. There are black lights every where. Kids had a blast and it was good exercises for them. Every seemed to obey the rules. When we were in the small foam pit with the balance beam families waited till we were done and then they went in. There were hand sanitizer stations in the main entrance of the main parks. There are two main parks. One with basket ball nets and foam pit with balance beam. The main big foam pit and half pipe was closed. The other side was the rock climbing wall and ninja section was Closed and there was main trampoline section with another section with bubble balls. Washrooms could use more attention. Staff was friendly and did a good job setting us up. Don’t bother bringing your own socks as you get a pair which is included in the price. Kids liked them cause they were bright neon in the dark. Once Covid is over and they may open the whole gym and there would be a lot more to do. The climbing wall looked like a lot of fun.

Really fun place to jump around and play. The park is fairly clean and pretty big, I recommend going here for a birthday party, hanging out with friends, a party or anything that has to do with grouping up. The only bad thing I have to say is that because of covid, the foam pit is closed which is one of the best parts about extreme air park, as well as the rock climbing and half pipe. But other than that the experience was still good even during a pandemic.

We took kids here on a Tuesday afternoon.. they have a promo Tuesday which is an awesome value. It wasn't crowded at all.. the kids had a lot of space to play. Good experience and exercise. The place is very big and gives yoh lots of options on what to do Staff are very nice, the place looks clean and well maintained. The only thing that would have made it better is if the foam pit and the wall climbing was open. It was closed when we visited

Took the family here on Spring Break, March 15, 2022 Tue for the Unlimited Jump Time. Unfortunately they increased their prices for everything. Can't blame them. But it was MORE than what was advertised on their website too! It's actually $24!! We came right at opening to avoid the rush. Sure enough 2 different large kid groups came later and the place was PACKED. As well the foam pit was still closed due to Covid restrictions. Seating was limited in both viewing areas. Younger kids will mostly be jumping in the 1st viewing area with the climbing wall. Too bad there's NO mirrors up on the opposite wall so the parents can't see if their kids are waiting in line or not there from the viewing area like the other side. There are lockers available but no options for your own locks, you have to pay to secure your belongings. There is a very comfy and FREE WIFI lounge for the parents. Not sure if there was any video footage to watch the kids from there or not, so we didn't sit in there. HUGE varsity sized shower change rooms. Multiple party rooms, a laser tag arena which I didn't get to check-out. Pricing for the BIRTHDAY PACKAGE seems pretty attractive ?? But wait!! If the price for the Tuesday unlimited was advertised in the Store for $18 and online for $20 and then $24 then you get there... I wonder what they will REALLY CHARGE you? Cause I tried to call them just now to confirm the prices and no one answered. They even have a pop-up on their web-site discouraging you from calling them. Overall the facilities are amazing and your kids will have a great time, but just beware of the price creep. I kinda like to to know what exactly what I'm paying especially when I'm paying in multiples because I have more than 1 child. - I included the screen caps of the prices with the time and date

Fun place for kids, youth and adults. Lockers available at a cost of $2. Clean washrooms, party rooms available. View area for parents accompanying. A small section for rock climbing, dodgeball section too. Some video machine games operated by coins.
