★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking stalls are very small for today's vehicle sizes. Rink is cold for spectators. Spectator heaters are not powerful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always clean.. One of the best facilities in the lower Mainland. The ice is well maintained. Don't worry about the hallways being too narrow... It's been 27 years.. Get over it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As always, very busy during a hockey ? tournament. Surprisingly, the facility is lacking some major upgrades, especially how much their tax base is in Richmond.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not send my child there ! I told my friend to give them a call and the lady over the phone screaming! I think they were racism’s to us ? I feel so bad for this people! Vancouver in full of diversity they should not do that !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One word: Super, duper, absolute zero freezing rink! (Maybe more like 6 words...) Take your winter parka and get ready for an experience! Locker rooms are ok, seating is just ok (and did I mention cold?). However, the upstairs bar rocks! No better way to watch hours of hockey then with cold beer & good service. Food looked good. BTW - there is a nice hockey shop there too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Richmond Ice Centre for the first time in years. Previously, it was with my kids, now it's grandkids. This facility was built privately and serves the needs of ice users with minimal facilities. Skaters' dressing rooms require them to use the same narrow circulation corridor as spectators and the viewing areas in some rinks are not designed for comfort. So, dress warmly.
Overall, the place is looking a little shabby but it's better for users to have a not-fancy facility with 6 ice sheets than a more attractive one with only one or two rinks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice arena, even though it's a bit aged and very tightly spaced. Even the parking is tight. Oh ya, the change rooms are cramped too. The location is great. Several restaurants and activities centres nearby. Holiday Inn hotel next door for out of town teams.
