There were some plants growing on top of the box where the lines had to be run and he went out of his way to clear the path and also sweep up any residue. There was also an issue with the installation of the lines and he worked through it and got our testing done. Thanks Graham.

I had been coordinating with him to work around my family’s busy schedule and he has been super accommodating, friendly and not at all pushy. He was honest and we were confident of his work by the time he was done fixing/maintaining our water heater. Graham even went out his way to take a look at our thermostat, fireplace and tuned up a couple of things that needed attention. Furthermore, he gave us tips on how to keep our water heater performing for as long as possible and our furnace in tip top shape. We are so thankful for his services and appreciate his help!
