★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor response time. Barely had time to response to inquiries. Followed up many times already yet still has no date for me. Been waiting for 6 months just to set up a date and was promised they would help me but nope, still no word from them. I don't feel valued as a customer. Will be using a service from somewhere else.
Word of advice for new clients: if you don't want this to happen to you, save your time and use another service. If you want to wait, quite frankly, for forever then go ahead. Be aware that they will take a long time just to get something fixed.
