★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very respectful about their clients time. Made me wait 20 mins in the morning to drop off and another 25 mins in the afternoon for pick up. Made me wait 30 minutes the previous day as well. Was told they were busy and were not sincere in the slightest. The receptionist was too practiced in her apologetic speech and lacked any sincerity. Not a good impression

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just had a life & death situation with an ill family member traveling with a cat, The only help I could find to conform with CFIA regs was the RAC. They accommodated me though busy as time was an issue & did all paperwork. I can't even begin to express my gratitude to this compassionate caring group. I even left with a hug from a very kind empathetic Vet. Thankyou all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 14-year-old dog had a mammary gland tumor. I went to several pet hospitals and decided to come to this hospital for surgery. The dog is old and very careful in choosing a hospital. Dr. Ubi is very professional. He quickly came up with a treatment plan and did not prescribe More additional inspection items. I would also like to thank the staff Alfred li. I just came to Canada from Hong Kong. I don't understand English and I am very helpless. Fortunately, I met Alfred li and helped me translate the whole process. He has a very good attitude. He, he also explained patiently, comforted me, and let me clear my doubts. Such a good staff is very rare. Every time they help me make an appointment, it can be said that without him, I can't take my dog to see a doctor, from the initial diagnosis to the operation to the removal of the stitches, It was all translated by Alfred li, he was very professional, and the whole medical treatment process felt very good. There are 2 dogs in the family, and this hospital will be locked in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called to schedule an appointment and their availability was very soon and convenient. Friendly receptionist and knowledgeable and reassuring vet. They do treat hamsters and they also treated my friend's chinchilla.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everyone I've met here has been pleasant and helpful except for one woman who works the front.
Doesn't matter much since she's not a vet fixing up our pets, don't let her condescending attitude scare you off, the actual vets are all good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had an emergency with my son's Bearded Dragon today and despite their busy schedule the front staff fit us in to have him examined. The Veterinarian was very professional and caring. We were so lucky to have found who I believe is the only Reptile Specialist in Richmond. Very happy with the service and highly recommend this clinic, staff and Dr. Mike Schaufele.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved my experiences with this clinic. I was looking to adopt a rescue back in end of 2020 and they were on of the only clinics I reached out to that were helpful, kind and willing to set up a profile. When I was able to adopt my sweet boy, they were quick to get him in and always willing to go the extra mile. Harry had some health issues in the beginning and even had to get a hernia surgery that was quickly scheduled and done perfectly. I'm extremely grateful to this clinic and the team here for everything they did for Harry (and me!) I highly recommend this clinic to anyone, it's an organized place with caring staff.
