โ โ โ โ โ * I am very happy with the new owner (Sydney) of this dog grooming salon; she listens to my concerns and comply with them accordingly. ... and my 5 yr old shih-tzu receives the good grooming she deserves.
*** It is a norm that it takes 3-to-4 hrs to groom a shih-tzu; and to the best of their knowledge and abilities, the groomers in this salon and the receptionist render good services .

โ โ โ โ โ I have been taking my 12 year old standard poodle to Dog's Avenue for quite a few years. Changed hands recently, but the grooming staff remains the same. Kind and so well trained. They handle my dog with a compassion and the grooming is worthy of a participation in a dog show. I have tried two other groomers in Richmond. The one in Steveston was a disgraceful cut and the other one desired more care. I would never take my dog anywhere else.

โ โ โ โ โ Such great service. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. We had to get our doodle shaved due to matting and they were excellent with accommodating our preferences and managed to remove the mattes, while still maintaining her doodle appearance.
Very happy with their service and canโt speak more highly of the staff there, very friendly, takes pains to explain and talk to customers at length and very responsive.

โ โ โ โ โ This is the second time I took my eight month puppy ( Bichon Frise ) for grooming at this place , the first time was ok not bad so I decided to go again, But the second time it was horrible, the hair cut wasnโt level at all , the nails never been filing it was too sharp. And the worst thing they shaved the ears from the inside what makes him itchy ,and scratching his ears with his sharp nails then start bleeding , We had to take him to a veterinarian to get it cleaned , it cost us suffering and over $125 for vet experience , now he got to wear the Dog Cone for the next two weeks because of non experienced vet staff
This is not a mistake itโs bad experience who ever did it ,
I will definitely Not going there again and I will never recommend it to any one

โ โ โ โ โ Our dog Chico is by far a spoiled little boy and can misbehave while being groomed. Dogs Avenue staff have been so patient with him while providing a wonderful job with his grooming. A big thanks to them all ?
