I've been coming here since my first dog was about 5. It's been over 10 years. Their kennel service is great for cats and dogs, their grooming service is awesome! I really recommend this place to everyone. It is family owned and operated and someone is always on site.

My two year old lab, Cache, had a spa day here today and he really enjoyed it. It was nice to see how relaxed he was when I picked him up. Cache and I look forward to a long lasting relationship with this family owned, family run business, as they treat their customers (two legged & four legged) like family. Great prices too! We will be coming here from now on for grooming, daycare, and all of Cache’s future β€œstaycations”. Tours are welcome anytime, but I would suggest afternoons as the mornings are super busy for the staff caring for our babies. Highly Recommend!

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME !!! I have dealt with other daycare dog places with my other dogs and turned out to be a nightmare and the dogs scarred for life from it I cannot say enough good things about this kennel and Daycare and grooming facility all I can say is 100% top-notch I would not hesitate to bring any of my dogs here. I highly recommend this kennel for all your dogs needs including dog food and grooming they did a fantastic job on my Charlotte. ( Great Pyrenees)

I cannot say enough great things about this place! The staff are friendly, the area is large, they separate dogs by size/age/temperment, the prices are right on point with the norm (even less with consecutive days per week!). My puppy, Yuuki (cardigan corgi), is very much a COVID dog who never left my side and transitioning to working back in the office and leaving her has been difficult. Bringing her here is slowly improving her independence. Now when I bring her in the morning, she's running inside and cant wait to play! She doesn't even look back anymore now that she is comfortable.

I have been taking my nervous 2-year old mini aussie to Rondivills for grooming in order to accustom her to being handled by strangers. The owners, father and son, have been great. They take the time to interact with her and settle her. They never rush her and she is beginning to enjoy her bath and brushing. I really appreciate their advice and understanding of my dog's particular needs.

This is the second time we take our cats here. First time we let Rondivills take care of ours for six days and it's okay, since it wasn't that busy. This time round our cats stayed for five days but the cattery is super busy. Today we brought our cats home and immediately I noticed that there are blood on the back of our cat's ears. Muffin's ear, both sides on the back, were bleeding. It looks like she was under massive amount of stress, or catch ear mites from other cats so she scratches her ears to bleed. Our cats are indoor cats and we often gave them fleas treatment. Heartbreaking to see her in great discomfort. Also they raise their price from $15 ( April 2017) to $23 each (sep 2017). We even brought our own cat foods. Since it's a lot busier this time, our cats had to stay in their cages for a lot longer, they don't get enough time to roam around hence both our cats seems very stressed out and unhappy. The experience we get from their first stay is completely different, which is a shame. We'll never use this kennel/ cat boarding again. Updated to the feedback: What upset us is that the people at the kennel didn't tell us about her bleeding ears when we collect the cats, as if they didn't notice she is ill due to kennel's carelessness, or they didn't bother to let us know. About the vaccination, twice we were there, the kennel didn't bother to check the documents (both times) although we brought the cats' medical records. It seems like the kennel is very relaxed about whether the cats that board there have been vaccined or not. So we went to the vet as the ear infection is getting worse from her scratching, vet says it's mostly likely from stress, the bill is $150. Muffin is born deaf, she is quite a unique one, she may express her stress in a way that different to normal cats. We've given our cats lots of different kind of treats before but they have been okay. Btw it would have been nice to be informed that our cats will be given food other than the one we brought, and the brand of the treats they give, so we have the choice to say yes or no. We now found another cat boarding place that offer professional care, much nicer and roomier cages, less crowded and with almost the same price per night. Update after almost a year: It turned out that what Muffin was infected is indeed ringworm/fungal infection . The vet took a couple of culture and used wood lamp to confirm the cause of itchiness and losing hair. The vet was certain that cats were infected from places like cattery or animal shelter. Ringworms infection is very nasty, extremely infectious disease for cat and disruptive to our lifestyle. we had to quarantined both cats for two months in an isolated room, treated them topical and oral medication also bath twice a week for two months. We had to bleach cleaned the isolated room every day and also had to scrub the entire house down with diluted bleach and threw away cats furniture that's impossible to get rid of ringworms spores. Not long after, our other cat also got infected and losing hair on both ears. Ringworm also pass on the human especially with low immune system e.g baby, children and elderly. I had ringworm infection on my face too and had to applied antifungal cream for two weeks. Our vet bills cost over $1500 and cause extreme stress to out cats and ourselves. All happened right after the stay at rondivills, took three months altogether to heal the cats and live normal life. I don't know about the dog area but I'd stay away from the cattery unless you want to risk going through what had happened to our cats. We sent email to rondivills to warn them about the ringworm outbreak but we're ignored.

My dog Charlie had boarded 3 times here since Dec last year. Charlie is getting better each time he comes. He loves the place. Rondivillis was recommended by my neighbour. The staff are friendly and they paid attention to my requests and had taken care of Charlie pretty well. They even sent me pictures during the latest 2-weeks away which was so important to make our trip more comfortable.

My Chihuahua mix Sushi had an excellent experience with the groomers today. They did a great job cutting her nails, brushing out all her shedding, and her ears have never been cleaner. To top it off, they were easily able to get her to behave and I'm extremely grateful as it was her first time! Staff were also very friendly and accommodating. I went into this experience expecting a high price, a traumatized dog, and an all-around stressful time but it was the complete opposite. Thanks so much for your services and we will be returning for all future grooming needs!
