I had the potty visit package; come feed my dog and let her into the yard for a bathroom break and done.
They have missed days unannounced so that my dog was at home without potty break for the entire days. There are muddy footprints in my home. I have not had a single week without some issue.
And Bella avoids contact. I emailed her this last time telling her no one came for my dog’s potty break. Instant email apologizing. I phoned her immediately. Straight to voicemail. Emailed her again, not responding. I’m dealing with someone scared to answer the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used The Woofer Walkers to walk and board my dogs while I am out of town for months on business for many years now and I highly recommend them. Bella treats my dogs as if they are her very own and she walks them for at least one hour every day at the dog parks and beaches. There is no one else I would give my dogs to than her and her staff because I know how much she loves all animals and how much love and care she gives my dogs. She sends me videos and pictures of them every day and they always look really happy and are always having a lot of fun in the videos and pics. She is a professional dog handler so I have total faith in her abilities to protect my dogs from harm and also to keep them well mannered in my absence. My dogs are better behaved after having been with her for a few weeks or months actually. lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My high energy pup absolutely loves Bella and Justin! I know she is in kind, loving hands when they take her a few times a week. My pup comes home absolutely exhausted and so happy. I love the videos they post every day with cute and funny commentary. Highly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love the Woofer Walkers! We have two dogs - a very energetic Husky who loves the pack walks and a German Shepherd who needs special attention. They're always able to accommodate both dogs and our special requests. Justin is amazing with our German Shepherd and has the confidence and knowledge to handle her needs (she's very temperamental). Bella is always quick to respond to our constantly changing scheduling needs. Our husky Nuka is always tired after her long afternoon pack walks and it's such a relief to come home to after a long day. She loves going for her walks! I've worked professionally with animals for 10 years and have a lot of experience in the pet industry. I know the Woofer Walkers do an outstanding job and am very confident in the services they offer. I love knowing that both dogs are in great hands. Thank you Bella and Justin!

They have welcomed my dog with open arms have been so patient with him even though he's anxious and is a newbie to dog walkers. I've noticed significant improvements with my dog's socialization skills after using their services just once a week. I even had a family emergency and needed to board my dog last minute, and they were readily available to take him in such short notice.
