β β β β β Our son has been at TMD (Richmond) for 5 years now and started when he was in grade 1. Master Arneil has been so patient and positive with each of his students. The atmosphere every time we were there was nothing short of comfortable, safe and fun. Not only do they teach the physicality part of martial arts but I love the conversation piece they have each class as a group that really instills such positive messages and energy to these kids. I feel that ever since my son has been in Master Arneil's classes, TMD has made such a great impact in his behaviour, discipline and respect for others and for himself. We highly recommend TMD!

β β β β β A very friendly environment with a bunch of nice people there, they teach a lot of stuffs you can really keep in the rest of your life! I was a beginner with no martial art background at first and I can assure you can fit in no matter what level of martial art you at! ???

β β β β β My wife attended this dojo and let me tell you, Master Arneil and his colleagues are crazy geniuses when it comes to teaching. Unfortunately we moved abroad so my daughter can't attend his school. If we lived even within an hour or two driving distance she would be going without fail! The students there are transformed from soft babies to strong young men/women/everything-in-between-and-beyond. The best part? They love every minute.

β β β β β Master Arneil, Ms. Cat, and the rest of the TMD team deserve every 5-star review they receive here. My daughters have been attending for about 8 months now and both of them enjoy their time in the dojo. Master Arneil has a gentle way with young students that simultaneously commands respect, and the students really respond well to him. In fact, my older daughter had tried another dojo before TMD, but did not like it. Master Arneil truly embodies the poise and integrity that the discipline is all about and makes a point to emphasis that his students carry these aspects of their training into their daily lives and relationships. I recommend this place to friends whenever I get a chance.

β β β β β My two boys have been attending MMA since they were little boys. Not only have they learned the fundamentals of the Art they have learned exceptional living skills.
Neal and Cat are very friendly and accommodating individuals that care deeply about their students. I would refer anyone to join their class, especially at a young age.
Neal is very passionate in what he teaches, this in turn is very import for me as a loving parent to acknowledge and hopefully see my children follow in his footsteps.

β β β β β Coming in with 0 martial arts experience, they made me feel valued and supported. Even in group classes, the instructor takes great care to work with each student individually based on their personal experience level to make sure that everybody get something out of every lesson. Would (and have) recommended it to anybody with even a small interest in learning martial arts.

TMD is so values based and not only teaches your kids (or you) about martial arts, defending yourself, but also how to be a great human. Master Arneil is amazing with the kids, he creates a safe, fun, environment that enables them to try new things, build their confidence and excel as a human! This is more than just a martial arts business, it a business to create healthy, strong, confident, respectful humans! Thank you for all the love, energy and time you give to the kids!

β β β β β I have attended TMD Martial Arts for over half my life. I started as a shy teenager who was hesitant to even step on the mats. But after I attended my first class, I couldn't wait until the next one.
Master Arneil does not only teach martial arts, but also instills life lessons and nurtures every individual's own drive to better themselves in all aspects of life (not just in martial arts). Him and all the other instructors are excellent role models for everyone, children to adults alike.
If you have ever been interested in martial arts, self defense, kick boxing, or even fitness training, I would highly recommend giving TMD Martial Arts a try. You won't regret being part of the big TMD family!
