★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally an animal hospital that actually cares about animals/pets unlike Taiko animal hospital (who only care about money)
Our Doberman was incredibly sick, we went to different animal hospitals and they all turned us away so we came here and they immediately came to our aid and did everything in their power to make sure our dog was nursed back to health. The vet was very informative and tells you everything they've done, the reason why they did it, how to take care of our dog afterward, and that he was a phone call away if we had any questions.
I believe the people reading this know who I am, I simply wanted to say thank you very much for always being there to help us in our time of need ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady at the front desk is rude and not friendly at all. She must have had a bad day or something but she didn't welcome us or did't even say hi to us when we entered. She didnt even look at us when we said hi twice. She was RUDE. Whenever we asked her something, she was like what? as if she didnt care or didnt want to answer any of our questions. I would never go back to this place. I feel bad for my dog that I let my dog enter the exam room in her hand. AVOID. It's a small place and not well organized. Worst experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service for sure. The front desk lady was literally staring us for like 5 seconds without saying nothing after we entered in and said "hi" for our appoitment. She definitely sounds like she doesn't want to work there and doesn't want to deal with clients. It was an aweful and very uncomfortable experience. Never want to visit there again no matter how cheap there service fee is. This is my first time writing a bad review for a place I visit. Good luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I sent my dog to do private cremation and requested them to write down the date of birth and date of death. But when i received the box, only the year on it. The manager said it’s their fault and they will send it back to redo. After 2 months I still waiting for it. When i call them to ask, the receptionist told me i need repay for it to redo a new box now, or take the original one back. I don’t understand cause I pay whole fee but I don’t get what I want and I still need responsible for it. I don’t need a lot of boxes I just wanna what I paid for. I was so sad when I lost my baby and now he still doesn’t have a box to keep him. And they don’t care about the parents’ emotion, it is not a good thing.
