Tech was extremely kind and explained the problem to me and how to fix it. Friendly and excellent service. Highly recommended garage door repair for commercial purposes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our garage door was stuck part way up and we weren't able to open or close it. We called Express Door Repair and Roy was able to come out to have a look in under an hour. He diagnosed the issue immediately, a broken spring, and gave us various options on how to handle it. He did a great, thorough job and explained everything about it along the way, including how to maintain it. He is friendly and very competent. I would recommend him to others.

I got broken spring on my garage. call this guy name roy afternoon. same day two hours later shows up replaced my spring within an hour .nice and friendly . even fixed my bended pannel for free! clean up the door after all . and yes with two years warranty . recommended for sure !

Roy came within a couple hours and instantly figured out what the issue was. He explained very clearly what was the issue and replaced the parts that needed to be replaced. Extremely polite and nice guy. Thanks Roy!
Calling in was also very easy and quick. The receptionist on the other end was very nice and quick with her responses. Express Door Repair knows what they're doing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professional. Reliable. Honest. We needed to replace our 25 year old, loud garage door opener and contacted Express Door repair. Roy came to do a thorough check on our garage door and recommended the best option for our needs. I called different companies and none offered this service.
For the installation itself, Roy was quick, efficient and very friendly. He took the time to explain our new system to us twice. He even helped out my father-in-law who was doing some work in our garage. Roy also offers a warranty on his installation!
Forget the big companies and support this local business instead!
