From our initial contact with Angie to Jim swinging by on a Saturday morning to take measurements and discussing the garage door/opener process to the installation completed by both Jim and Wayne, you all just made my wife and I comfortable and at ease through the entire process and that everything would be done properly and professionally. Both Jim and Wayne did an incredible job with the installation (so highly detailed with their craft … even my neighbours were impressed) and we are thrilled with the results so far. We definitely believe we made the right choice having your company do a complete install of our garage doors and garage door openers.

My garage door was fixed quickly, at a very reasonable cost. BUT, the most remarkable part of my experience was Jim's willingness to step right into and help with a crisis happening in my home as he arrived. My chronically I son could not get out of the bath tub and neither his caregiver nor I was able to help him. I'd never met Jim before, yet he rescued my son immediately, with no hesitation!!! Only then did Jim tend to his "real job" with professional ease and care, the same way he approached helping my son. Wow, this was a remarkable experience!! I highly recommend this most reliable, professional and caring company. Thank you Jim!!

He was organized, friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to explain the causes of my problem and the how and why he was going to fix them. And fix them he did!
