L	Laney B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honest vet and is great with my cats. Doesn’t try to push tests or meds that are not needed even when I ask. Looks for cost effective ways to help you while still giving your pet the best care. Takes time to talk to you about your pet and provides good explanation. As I’ve tried a few vet clinics I find this one to be the best. If you don’t mind traveling to PC if you live in the Niagara region this vet is worth it.

I wasn't worried about the surgery I was heartbroken knowing she would be in a cage (until surgery) alone and crying and I couldn't be there to comfort her. Let me tell you, Not only was I made super comfortable walking the door a mess my little Leia got to hang out up front until the next girl came in. Knowing she wasn't just put in a cage to wait her turn means more to me then anything!! Everyone here has treated my cats with such love and care I couldn't imagine going anywhere else!!

I recommend this clinic to all my friends. The doctor and all the staff here are gentle, non-judging, COMPASSIONATE and eager to assist. It's been about 2 years now. The staff have been amazing. We recently had an issue where our dog sliced his foot and they were able to see us on short notice. Even when we had him neutered, they called to follow up afterwards to make sure he was doing ok. Really great service!!

It was my first kitten and from my very first visit , the vet was very informative about what I needed to know etc. The lady’s at the front are very nice as well. I usually saw “Jen” ( I believe that’s her name) and she was always so kind & , very informative with any questions I had. I felt like they care about the well-being of your pet … prices are very good & office was always clean. I also like the fact they are letting you in the clinic with your pet as some clinics still aren’t allowing that due to covid .. I feel like your time and apt matter & they aren’t jamming as many appts in as possible & they are able to provide the necessary time and care for you and your pet. We switched to them this year just to have a vet local to us, and since then I've had to take my German Shepherd in multiple times (purebred problems... am I right?). Dr. Singh has always been incredibly thorough with his exams, he never rushes things. I've now brought him both my dogs in with mystery illnesses (read: I'm an overly worried pet parent) and both times he has spent so much time with us in the exam room running through all the possible scenarios and explaining everything. He explains all test results to you in great detail. Long story short - he actually CARES. His team out front is just as wonderful, they are always quick to make me an appointment, going above and beyond to ensure we get in when needed. Jen on the team has had to help in the exam room with both of my dogs because they're stubborn brats at the vet, and she handles it perfectly each time. I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. You would be so incredibly lucky to bring your fur family here!

My girls were spayed and I was so nervous for their surgeries. Everyone was caring, and answered all my questions and eleviated any concerns I had. They even called the night of the surgeries to make sure they got home and were doing well as well as checking in the next day. Truly feel so lucky to have found this amazing clinic. Thank you for taking such great care of my babies.
