Friendly staff. We dropped off our cat in a sort of an emergency although we had no appointment and we were not a patient yet.

Dr.Fisher and the staff is awesome, Ghost enjoys his visits to the vet!

We have been taking our pup for a couple years. We really like Dr. Galloway. She is very good with our fur baby. I trust that she cares about her clients. The staff have been friendly and I appreciate that. The only critiques we would have is that it is located on the corner of a busy intersection and during covid we can't go in even to hand off with a mask (especially nerve wracking when you want to be with your dog before a surgery). I get taking the precautions to keep everyone safe but when clients don't know the level of experience of the front staff with reactive/anxious dogs, I would much prefer they take my dog inside on the lead we have (if they insist on putting a slip leash on him) and then hand me our lead once he's secured inside, or at least hold on to the end loop of the lead you're putting on. Super nerve wracking for already nervous owners taking their fur baby in for a surgery. That being said, I know covid times are really tough on everyone and we are all navigating through the best we can. I really appreciate the level of care Dr. Galloway had post surgery with taking the time to answer our questions. I also think the young lady who handed our pup back to us was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Stevenson Veterinary.

Meeka has been to Steveston Vet Hospital on and off since she was a puppy (we moved around a bit so she wasn’t always taken here). When she was a puppy, she was spayed by Dr. Robert Galloway and it went off without a hitch and when he handed her off to us you could tell he cared. We had just moved back to Richmond last year and have been taking Meeka back to this vet clinic. Dr. Fisher has been amazing through some of the fun bits of Meeka getting older (She turns 8 this year). I have never had a vet who personally would call us back and check in on her and Dr. Fisher has done that several times through our latest bout of Meeka likely having IVDD. She lets us know options and regularly recommends more economical options since she knows I work from home and can give Meeka around the clock monitoring. The staff is always very sweet with Meeka and I appreciate how kind everyone is. I am so thankful for the care that this clinic and especially Dr. Fisher has given to Meeka and when we move about 30 minutes away we are going to continue taking Meeka to Steveston Veterinary Hospital. Updated (new addition): Meeka is now 10 years old and had her first dental cleaning and extraction today with Dr. Millar. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful when returning Meeka to me in the afternoon. Meeka is snoozing away in her bed now. There are a couple more challenging teeth she noticed which she referred us to a dental specialist for extraction which I am fine with. To me that shows that Dr. Millar is trying to play things safe and wants to ensure they get extracted safer. The vet techs are also super welcoming, friendly and caring and it is always comforting taking Meeka to Steveston Vet hospital even though we live in North Burnaby now.

I really like this veterinary clinic and am glad they take care of my feline friends. I especially like the doctors' compassion and empathy. The support staff are great too - Shannon kindly stayed late to process a food order even though I came after the clinic closed! Talk about sweet. Can't say enough good things.

*Feb 2022. Open for in clinic visits. Didn't know how the interior decor looked like till today.. OG post: Great service and staff. Due to Covid-19 there is no face to face contact with vet at the moment.

Hands down the best Vet I have been to. Super informative, and so kind to my Pup. Couldn't recommend them more.

This is one of the best clinic i've been to thanks to Dr. Emese Bonniere. She was so gentle to my cat and very knowledgeable, I like how she took her time to explain everything to me. I highly recommend coming here.
