★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst service ever. sales people give inaccurate information. manager refused to show up when asked to speak to them related to service. if you are going to go to a Freedom Mobile location, go to a location run by Freedom, not some 3rd party shop offering the service. i recommend the one in crowfoot as they actually report to Freedom Mobile corporate office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, finally was able to go to this Freedom Mobile store at this location.Was wondering if I will be able to talk to someone who would be able to help me with my concern in getting a new Android phone. I was lucky that Minkal was here and he was able to help me with my issue. He was also been able to give me more than what I expected for the Android phone that I need. Really got an EXCELLENT service from Minkal!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to inquiry about their absolute zero plan today and I experience not very friendly service. The lady/girl sounded like she's always in a hurry and wanted to end the call right away. I think they were not trained on how to properly handle customers in a much more friendlier way. The one who assisted should be assigned to a stock room not a front counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice enough reps here but avoid doing business with Freedom at all costs.
I signed up for internet here and it worked fine. Upon needing to cancel, I was told I had to mail in the modem. Luckily I keep good records and wrote down all the tracking numbers. Canada Post lost my modem and Shaw sent me to collections. I looked it up and my modem has been somewhere in Richmond BC but undelivered. I have the pleasure of paying for my modem despite it being a freedom generated packing label...
They are a joke of a company. Avoid doing business with them.
