★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Go look elsewhere. The sales person i worked with had no interest in helping me. He told me multiple times to "STOP wasting my time" when I was asking simple questions about the plan in a very respectful manner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm leaving a review because I know the scummy employees will read this. There was a deal on $0 for iPhone 8 on a Koodo plan but the woman working there said it was only on the 7, which is a complete lie. Also spread other lies saying if I cancel the plan I'll have the pay full price for the phone. Absolutely terrible service. Go to another mobile shop in hopes of people not trying to pull quick ones for commission. I hope management reads this, not happy at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty shady store, to say the least, they will try to con you in the most complicated way, where they will hide the hidden charges via the documentation, and then later refuse to do anything about it. You are better served with major retails, such as best buy or direct cell provider shops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place to deal with. They try to hock you up with a plan; however, they will hide charges and many complicated things in your bill. I was suppose to pay $210 per month, I ended up paying $330. I had the worst experience with them. Once you sign the contract, they will say we cannot help you. I am not exaggerated at all. I recommend that you deal the trusted big retails and avoid dealing with these guys if you want a peace of mind. I usually do not give a bad reviews, but this place actually is ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, they would be extremely rude to you when you are not here to make them a commission. Mohamed was helpful when I was making the purchase. But when I came back to the store to resolve a problem, since the phone didn’t work right out of the box. Mohamed was rude and loud, using excuses such as other customers are waiting to send me away, for my simple demand to return the phone and have my trade in back.
I’m now stuck with a half dead phone waiting for his manager to come back in two days.
