★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just a quick and positive evaluation of working with Rohan to correct issues that had been made by one of his sales associates when we moved our accounts from one service provider to another. Rohan was courteous and professional in his dealings with me and very informative even though he was correcting someone else problem. He did get it resolved and did his best to also make sure the resolution was exactly what we require and should have been done in the first place. Lots of confidence in his commitment to total customer satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busy because of black Friday. Lots of people waiting until someone realized there is a qr code at the side to take a number. Would have saved 30 minutes of waiting if their poster was visible and obvious at the front. In the end the phone I wanted was sold out. Would have been nice if they just put a sticky note saying sold out on the demo phone so I'd have known ahead of time... again... customers waiting to find out the good deals aren't available. The website of course also fails to mention the good deals are sold out... and no rain check. In the end spent 2 hours and no new phone.

I recommend Costco mobile services to EVERYONE!!! :) One of the Mobile employees, Rohan, who we initially met at the Balzac location is now working at Beacon Hill. So today, I went out of my way to go to Begin Hill because for years now his customer service is always friendly, informative and best yet, consistent!!! Mobile is just another way Costco saves us money and makes us feel confident in the products we choose. If you are getting your service elsewhere I'd suggest going to Costco, you don't even need to wait until your other plan is up for renewal. Do it NOW!!!!

About the Costco cash cards 8 x $25? They come in bigger denominations! Better yet a digital rebate or printout. If someone wishes to have the "cash back" rather than the deck of cards This system is costly in materials, waste and time both Wali, the cashier, and I spend too much time activating and then cashing them.
And, I now have four pairs of "free" wireless headphones that none of us will use due to fit or quality. I would rather get the the $3 off or at least the option of not creating unnecessary landfill clutter. Donate to a green earth plan instead?
But again, Wali was awesome! And I have always found the prices/plans at Costco pretty much 10-20% better than outside of Costco. Even with loyalty at Telus the switch saves about $200 / mo on five lines.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was fine but when my transaction was done then Costco Wireless employee open my iPhone and showed me and asked me that is it cracked or something wrong? Then I said why did you open it? He simply replied if you return it with anything wrong we are not responsible therefore I opened it. That’s terrible experience. I never had that. Thanks.
