★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told by a advisor over chat I could trade in my phone and get a new one without changing my plan in store. The Store agent told me she couldn’t give me a new phone without changing my plan.
I went to beacon hill and they had no problem getting that done with me. Traded in my old phone, got a new one and my plan never changed.
Don’t go to Crowfoot unless you want to waste your time. Just head to Beacon hill to get a agent that is will to try and succeed in what you need done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lena is very nice and patience, she helped me get new phone plan, and helped me set up online account, spend more than one hour to solved my old account problem , and show me how to use the app to see the data usage, even worked half hour more than her work time. Highly recommend to get service from her.
