Don’t trust FedEx to deliver your packages properly. After having two packages stolen from my apartment building and numerous calls with FedEx, I will never use them again. Working at home and available to go get my package at anytime. The driver does not buzz (which FedEx says they should). Then you will get an alert hours (in my case 4-5 hours later) from FedEx saying that your package has been delivered. Just enough time for a thief to take it. Then when you call be asked an obnoxious amount of times if you checked your mailbox. Once you file a compliant FedEx tells you the building manager has told them they cannot go up to the units due to COVID, when you contact the building manager they say that’s not true and they will call FedEx. Then when you ask to get your package held, they tell you they can’t do that unless the courier is not able to drop the package off (which they have been doing without buzzing). So really FedEx is aiding thieves in stealing packages. Never had a problem with any other courier service, use them instead!

I'm really disappointed with FedEx Calgary. It was indicated my parcel's been delivered and signed for by me when nothing ever arrived and I never signed anything. I don't know how my parcel got misplaced/misdelivered with a clear address including buzz code already given. It took 3 business days to get a response from FedEx only to tell me that they received the ticket, to ask if i've checked the front door, mail room, etc (obviously I did otherwise I wouldn't have called) and to tell me that it will take another 2-3 days to investigate a lost parcel. And if they end up unsuccessful retrieving it, it's going to take another several days to issue a refund or request for replacement from the company I ordered it from. So much time wasted when all this could have been avoided right from delivery! One star rating for unreliable delivery service and unacceptable customer service.

Fed ex was supposed to deliver a package to an office in downtown Calgary on Jan 5, and didn’t deliver it until January 17. 12 day delay. Despite saying every day they would deliver it. When fed ex called me to talk about it (kudos to them for that) the employee directly told me that the driver hadn’t even been attempting to deliver the package because he ASSUMED he wouldn’t be able to get up the elevator, despite the office and elevators being open since the beginning of this year. It’s amazing to me that I waited nearly 2 extra weeks for my package because of straight up laziness. Couldn’t even be bother to push a button on an elevator. Fed ex is a joke. Do your jobs.

very poor customer service they had lost my package after back and forth on the phone i went in there asking to speak to a manager (sue ann kish) i was disgusted by her service . I had shipped many packages before with fedex never was like that fedex has a good reputation don’t ruin your business with people like that never again

package was delayed, arrived in my city on a friday 910 minute drive from my home) , still not delivered by the next friday. customer service hot line is awful. could not get any answers about anything. kept getting told my package would arrive by the next day. very poor professionality when it comes to customer satisfaction. i will avoid using fedex at al costs after having multiple experiences like this.

They don't let the customer know what forms needed to be filled out in order for it not to be delayed. Shipments I've sent have never shown up on time. They will gladly take your money for their over priced services. Overall, customer service, if any at all, lacks. Canadian office here was okay with the exception of know knowing what forms needed.

All the agents were quiet friendly, was busy when I got there and you could hear all 3 agents being quiet friendly to each customer. The money trees on the desk are in poor shape on the desks thought, the aesthetic is nice but they could use some TLC as there all struggling. They need better lighting ;)

Great service inside! Ample parking, fast and easy to get the item we needed to pick up. Down side- far to pick up from my house. The delivery agent literally dropped the chit and booked it. Also down side is the automated voice serivce, brutal!
