I want to leave a review for DHL.. Wow thank you for the amazing service. I ordered The Dhammapada (the way of the Buddha) Commentary by OSHO from India on the 27th of December.. They arrived literally in front of my door on December 31st!! ? ? And in perfect shape! Thank you!

Over and over again, DHL fails for my business. Product reaches Calgary in as little as 2 days from Georgia and gets lost for up to 2 weeks. Most of the time it’s because the driver puts it in his van physically but doesn’t update the system to show that he has it and loads it at the same time as he feels like delivering it. After endless emails all I get is sorry and nothing ever happens.

Did not ever attempt my door x 3. Email to say they have completed their final attempt and have 3 addresses on there not indicating where to pickup. Terrible communication. They are on holiday December 27??? due to a "public holiday?"

Branch open 9 no one there in the Desk to waiting more than 40 minutes no one showe up in the Desk you can hear people in the bay playing . It's look very bad management in this branch

Customer service is very poor here, its not only how long I waited in line but also you can see the receptionist is having a dont care attiltude. They have a rating machine by the counter, obvious it did not work ! The employees going back and fourth using the swing out door , I get yell at by the receptionist (Flora) because I stand too close to their entrance. You have to give them some credit , just because there is an asia lady there thats very polite and quick to react to the customer request.

This is the absolute worst shipping company I have ever dealt with...all stop!!! package was scheduled to be delivered to my local service point this past Monday. on Sunday I saw that it was sitting in calgary, I tried to call them to see if I could get them to hold it there, and I would pickup on Monday as I was heading to Calgary anyway. They forced me to go through the online chat and the person (bot) said it would be there and available for pickup on Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning comes and I show up in Calgary, only to be told that it had been sent back to Leduc. Frustrated, but I asked them to confirm that it would be held there and I would grab it on my way home on Friday. Arrive at the Leduc office on Friday....Suprise!!! the package had been sent back to Calgary!!! Getting angry now, Get a case manager to tell me it Will be sent back to Edmonton on Monday (today) and I see that on the website, the shipment status is "held for pickup" in Calgary. No one can call the Leduc or calgary office directly to find out what next steps are, everytime I talk to someone, they just try and open a new case, which puts my delivery back even further. I am not able to contact service points directly. Now I recognise and acknowledge that I probably muddied the water by requesting a different pickup point at the last minute. But that being said, this is Bar none the WORST experience I have ever had, I wouldn't ship anything with DHL if my life depended on it! they're inexpensive for a reason, RUN don't walk to fed ex or Purolator, or Canada Post, or UPS. Hell you'd be better off to ship via courier pigeon than deal with this train wreck of a company.

Will give them no stars if I can.Β  The most unprofessional shipping business ever. They don't respond your calls, emails on time. You need to call them and ask for help and. Then they promise someone will get back to you in 24 hours but never does. They promise you refund that is never there. Became a part time job to call them to check on the status. Every time you call them they will open a new ticket and then you wait for your refund and the cycle continues. Used it for the first and last time, never going to use this service ever again. Canada post is much better and provide service at a fraction of their cost. Paid more thinking about a service that is not there. Awful company overall.

Fast, efficient, affordable, and great customer service. The DHL agent was friendly, knowledgeable, and calm. Clear description of services and cost. Good parking space, easy access, and a place to send and receive goods.
