Very poor and negative experience. I was expecting an important package and had the day off of work because I knew it was arriving yesterday. I used the tracking information I had received to make sure that it was coming yesterday. I was at home all day and refreshed my page for FedEx tracking. To my surprise it said that they had attempted delivery and it could not be delivered. This is impossible becasue I was home the entire day and never received a call or knock on my door. I decided to call the customer service line. I called them less than 30 minutes after they claimed to make the attempted delivery. They said they could not attempt a redelivery until the following day because the courier had already returned to the terminal. Then they further explained that contact was not made with me because my name was not written on the package so they could not find me at my apartment building. I found this hard to believe. The lady on the phone told me that I could come and pick up the package at the office (a 25 minute drive from my apartment). I confirmed that I would come around 5pm (our phone call was at 2:30pm) and they assured me that the package would be ready right away. I showed up at 5:15pm and was told that the package was not ready for me because the truck had just returned to the terminal. This is completely contrary to what I was told 2.5 hours earlier. They had previously told me that they could not attempt redelivery because the courier had already returned to the terminal. It took 30 minutes of waiting for them to finally give me my package and my name was clearly written on the package from the sender. They lied to me on multiple occasions about why the delivery did not occur in the first place (because apparently my name was not on the package) and then lied to me again saying they could not attempt redelivery because the courier had already returned to the office (even though when i went to the station to pick it up myself they didn't have the package ready because the courier had just arrived). Which is it? Did he just arrive 2.5 hours ago, or just arrive when I got there. This was a completely horrible experience and an absolute waste of time.

I'm shipping through FedEx Ground from time to time. Mostly across Canada and boxes on a larger side. I never had any hiccups with delivery or billing. Dropping off was not always easy as you have to bring in box through two sets of spring loaded doors which is not optimal. That's probably the only thing to improve...

You fedex drivers need to stop the lie.i have the right address for my delivery and you guys keep telling me it's wrong and whenever I call FedEx customer rep they have the correct address as well. I need my package today and it's urgent but because either they are lazy,dont care or didn't even attempt the delivery you say my address is wrong.If I could give zero stars I would. Everytime it's the same nonsense!

Mixed feelings with the FedEx ground delivery service. I am in an apartment and ordered a bed-in-a-box and two rugs. All shipped through FedEx. The mattress caused me some headache and confusion because I received a call from the driver saying he could not drop it off as it wouldn't fit in the parcel storage locker (and I assumed he couldn't get up to my floor without a fob). He said I could apply to have it held at a location. I told him I would do that and I did. However, when I looked at the tracking info online it said it was delivered to my address. Of course I was confused and contacted FedEx. When I arrived home the mattress was outside my apartment door! Still not sure how the driver got up to my floor, but I am very happy he did as the box is very heavy. Today I was supposed to have two rugs delivered (both from wayfair). Confusingly, one rug was delivered (outside my door again), but the other rug was taken to FedEx ground is available for pick up there. I never received a call saying it was there, I just happened to look online. As well, I am unsure why a rug could not have fit in the parcel storage locker or why, like the other two packages, it was not taken up to my door. I do not have a car so now I need to arrange to drive all the way to the airport to pick up this rug. I guess in summation, the tracking of packages at FedEx is not great and I am very irritated that now I need to take time off work to pick up this rug that ought to have been delivered. On the plus side, I am impressed with the fact that my mattress was delivered to my door because I wouldn't have been able to move it upstairs myself.

I just made there 7:57 I knew they close at 8pm so ask a person who qaa cleaning if I can pick up my package the two girls juat ignored and she was saying it's close. Technically it wasn't. Very disappointed

I made an order through Walamrt Canada but Fedex Failed to deliver the first time then I called and requested a hold so I can pick up the package the next day from a fedex location which was 4 minutes drive from my place. When I called Fedex today morning the agent confirmed that they failed to keep it on hold as I requested and the package is out for delivery. I warned her I'm flying at 8 pm and I needed the delivey as early as possible. However, Fedex failed to deliver it for the second time which forced me to request a return from Walmart

After the experience I had on the phone today with this company and their so-called manager I really hope the CEO gets to read this and can do an overhaul! Whoever you have working in your customer service department needs to be trained over and over and over again!! If someone called my business and treated my customers the way that your team has my entire team would have been fired on the spot! What a joke! I personally will not be using their services anymore. The only way you are going to get any decent service out of this company is if you are not receiving a package.

Any time I order from Amazon and see my package as been assigned to FedEx I know it is going to be an issue. This time was no exception. First I received a notification it would be delivered on Sunday and it was not, then I received a notification it was out for delivery on Monday. Then I received a notification that the driver attempted delivery but no one was home ... I work from home and was here the whole time. I within 5 mins and was told the driver could not come back. After being on the phone for 2.5hours I was given 3 options: 1. Pick up the package 40mins away from my location myself, 2. Try delivery again tomorrow, 3. Redirect my package to another location for pick up but have to wait 2 days. Why is is ok for a driver to just not even attempt delivery. Also spoke with a man from the Calgary location who was extremely rude and refused to tell me his name and hung up on me. Currently I still do not have my package.
