Awful. Please get rid of the virtual assistant. Trying to track down an international shipment- was on hold for 30 minutes only to be told I needed the international line. On hold for another 15 minutes before being disconnected. I called back, but the stupid virtual assistant didn't understand when I asked for the international number. There is no 'select from the following options' option- my only option is to speak to an agent-and go through the whole process AGAIN. Please get a better system. I don't know why companies use virtual assistants. First of all you feel stupid talking out loud to one-- second they don't understand. Get a real person or have a menu of options! So annoying!

If you want to deliver your package forever, this is the company I recommend. None of the employee of this company know what they are doing and what they are saying. All are wasting time and giving grief to customers. My package took a week from NE Calgary to SW Calgary. Amazing services. Highly recommend this company if you want miserable experience receiving and sending package. No wonder the ratings are so low.

Sat here for an hour while they looked for a package. This is exactly what I'd like to do on a Saturday. I got a notification saying they attempted to deliver a package, absolute lie. No driver attempted to come as nothing was on my security cameras. There wasn't even a delivery tag. I had phoned and they assured me the package was here. Absolute nightmare trying to get a refund on my package as well

Tried twice to get these guys to deliver an envelope sized package - I was home the entire day but here’s the thing - if you are home it’s more work for them because they have to find the package in the truck and then get you to sign. If they don’t knock/ring the doorbell then you’re β€œnot answering” and they can drive away and make one big drop at the depot and finish their shift earlier. I literally watched the guy walk up, tape a notice to the door, and then drive away. Why pay for service that you don’t receive?!

Every time the delivery man doesn’t bother to press the buzzer when I was waiting at home all day. They never delivered parcels to the nearest pickup location. Instead of that they love to drop off my package at this location. I have to drive really far to get my parcel each time. Worst ever! Never would chose this company if I have other options.

The worst courier service in the country for rescheduling deliveries due to a lazy driver putting in β€˜address correction’ when they deliver to the apartment building daily. You can’t talk to someone on the phone - waited 2hrs and you have to deal with scripted responses from their chat support who have multiple chat sessions open dealing with different customers. No real customer service, no customer focus. We are just a transaction to these guys and nothing more. Also, Purolator don’t bother responding to this if it’s a copy/paste. Be more focused on the customers - both shippers and receivers. That is all.

My experience with Purolator I received a tracking number with an estimated delivery date of 11-03-2022. On the delivery day, I checked the tracking number and had seen they had attempted to deliver earlier than the date, as well as the morning of the 11th. There was no note or any other indication on the door, and I received no notice. Tracking was noted as failed to deliver and needed rescheduling. I called customer service. Deciding where to redeliver, there was a convenience store nearby I could go to, but would put me to a Monday delivery (missing out on the priority shipping I paid for). It was then noted the package was at the terminal. I was told that no worries, they could pull the package off and have it ready for the original 11th delivery or the next day. I agreed. However during the day, I received update emails that my package was rescheduled and wont be delivered until Tuesday, to the nearby convenience store. I called customer service again to follow up. I was told no worries, the system lags and it will be ready today or tomorrow at the terminal. Saturday afternoon comes, and still no word. I call customer service again, and am now told my delivery will be sent to the convenience store on Tuesday. I escalate to a supervisor. I was told the Agent did not send the request through properly. It was done as a comment to the original order to the convenience store. Looks like warehouse pickers don’t read comments. It took 3 calls and follow up with supervisor. I still as of now, do not have this resolved. The original supervisor was not able to contact the supposedly open terminal, and I am now being passed off to the next supervisor. The parcel is confirmed to be sitting in the warehouse, someone literally just needs to grab it. Complete disrespect of customers. At all levels, from delivery drivers, customer support, warehouse terminal, and management, Purolator fails to deliver in all aspects of its β€œservice”. Do not recommend this company *EDIT* after email correspondence and 4 total calls, I was able to drive to the terminal myself and pick up the delivery. Package arrived in good condition. Was refunded priority delivery from original shipper

When it comes to delivering to businesses, drivers are incapable of looking for building addresses & will only seek out the business name. Driver never re-attempted to deliver properly, they just claimed that it was undeliverable (address is on the building facing the street, my business name is on the front door, as is my phone number). So what do they do when I call them out on it? They deliver it to another business 2 blocks away the next day. As a result, shipment will be 4 business days late, and I'm now required to pickup at their depot on the other side of the city, ultimately all because the driver is unable to read numbers on buildings. Their e-mail communication was less than satisfactory, as will their impending reply to my negative review. Amazing.
