E	E F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only speak to my experience in trying to fly my dog with them. I have not boarded or used their daycare services. My corrospondance was through email due to work schedules. The first email I send garnered no response for 5 days. So I forwarded them the same email and got a response. The next time I waited 2 more days, then had my girlfriend call to get a response that time. So communication was spotty at best. As far as the dog goes, he is a Doberman, and considered XL. Be aware that if you have an XL or giant breed dog, they will tell you to go have a custom crate made, contrary to what the website saying that they will help you pick the right crate for ANY animal. By this point I was done. I hadn't even gotten an estimate. I spent from August 3rd to August 20th, waiting for responses and measuring my dog multiple times. I had already traveled and had him boarded elsewhere by the time I got an estimate just for a flight, with no crate. Maybe you'll have better luck with a Chihuahua, but make sure you pay for an expensive custom crate for a bigger dog before you bother. What a pain.
B	Bri Barber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed to board my dog over night last minute on New Years eve, and even though they were closed for the holidays, they allowed me to bring my pup in! A pup that has anxiety and doesn't like to be caged. Not only did they allow me to bring him in when they were closed, they kept him super busy and worked with him to make his stay a little easier! ( I even got some videos showing he was having a blast) When I went in to pick him up the next day Cheryl had plenty of tips that will help with his anxiety. I highly recommend this place! I am completely blown away by how amazing they truly are!!

When I took my dog (Diesel) to their location we were both made to feel very welcome and my mind was put at ease quickly. When I left Diesel there I felt very comfortable that he would be well looked after. I was given regular updates and pictures via text message with regards to Diesel's travel and arrival at destinations. Highly recommended and I would definitely use their services again. Thank you for looking after Diesel!!

Brian is a giant breed 7 years old rescue dog, with so much anxiety, separation anxiety and very leash resistant. Glenn, Dean and Emily (especially Glenn) were very helpful to answer our questions, and kept us updated all the way of the process. They did way more than what was expected, and honestly, I know my dog and his issues, I know it wouldn’t be easy, but it worked out so much better than I thought it would. And they did a great job, I highly recommend them.
