If an online retailer uses FedEx, cancel the shipment. Not worth the trouble.

FedEx.12 Days to deliver a package, from Coquitlam, B.C. To Calgary, AB., 10 days in Alberta. •63Lb item From Princess Auto in Coquitlam, B.C. shipped out on Friday morning, Sep 17th/ 2021, Destination Calgary, AB. •Tuesday morning, Sep 21/ 2021, Call from FedEx Red Deer called and sending it back to Calgary. •7am Wednesday Sep 22/ 2021, call from Sherry, 566 Aero Dr NE, Calgary. They can’t deliver and want me to P/U. •Thursday Sep 23/ 2021, Called FedEx, item put on Truck at 2:30am for delivery, Told it would be deliver that morning. Never showed up. (Agent deliberately Misspelled my name, after I spelled it out for them 3 times.) •Friday Sep 24/ 2021 called FedEx, Told it will be delivered today. (Had them correct spelling of my name, but misspelled one still showing up at top) item never showed up. •Saturday Sep 25/ 2021 called FedEx and told it will be delivered on Monday, that it was returned to Depot on Thursday evening. •Sunday Sep 26/2021 Talked to Courtney with Tracing Department. They don’t deliver on the weekend. She’ll have it put back on truck first thing Monday Morning, she’ll call the station at the same time. •Monday Sep 27/ 2021 FedEx Tracing called me back at 8am as promised. It’s out for delivery today. She’ll call me back at 3pm if it hasn’t arrived by then. 10am revived email from FedEx that it will be delivered by tomorrow. 10am and couple more times till 3pm, I tried calling her back after 3pm and left messages for her to call me back, never heard back from her again. •11:30am Tuesday Sep 28/ 2021, parcel arrived and was delivered to office, Box was damaged, dented and crushed in some parts. Luckily the item was packed very well and received minor damage, mostly ok. •7:40am Wednesday Sep 29/ 2021, Called Princess Auto and filled a Complaint about FedEx. They told me that they just started using FedEx a couple months ago. They had used Purolater Courier and Canada Post before. -8:30am, called FedEx and filled official complaint. Needless to say the entire experience with FedEx was Complete Nightmare. Tuesday got a call from 24 Aero Dr. FedEx, County Delivery Station, they only got the item on Tuesday Morning and delivered it the same morning. They will investigate why it took so long in Calgary? As of Friday Oct 1/ 2021, Nothing.

Major shoutout to the two ladies in the front office & major kudos to "Oolu" from the warehouse for his invaluable assistance helping load my new printer into the car. (64 lbs - we had to take it out of the box so it would fit into the back seat), 566 Aero Rd. NE Calgary. Sunday morning.

Terrible company. Woefully incompetent. They love to charge you obscene brokerage fees, disguised as government fees. Calling them is a painful experience. It's impossible to get a human on the line, when you do, you're put on hold several times, or inexplicably disconnected. If you are able to get through to an agent, they are unable to answer any questions and usually just tell you to call back another time. FedEx ground is the embodiment of everything that is wrong with corporate society. I can't believe this company is allowed to do business.

These drivers are contracted out and do not work directly for FedEx. They have no way of contacting drivers or keeping track of them. I had one driver leave notices instead of knocking or ringing my bell for 3 times in a row. Finally I chose somewhere to pick it up from since the driver didn't feel like working.
