Terrible customer service. Extremely condescending and rude. Spoke with β€œcustomer service” and they were less than helpful. Would give 0 stars if I could. Do yourself a favour and use any other company for deliveries.

Packages always show up with damages; very hard to get answers to when shipments will arrive and they always take much longer to show up than expected. Current package has been sitting in a warehouse waiting to be repacked due to damages for nearly a week before it can continue on towards the destination city. Very poor quality of service.

Had such a hard time trying to find an expensive box of plants in the last 24 hrs . Thought I would try the depot . The staff there ( sorry I didn't get names ) a gentleman and 2 wonderful ladies working at 1pm may 5th made my day . They found my box and made my day . Thank you so very much after the run a round and stories from canpar it was so nice to meet helpful honest staff.

literally the worst delivery service out there. They have a three attempt policy, but the driver doesn't knock so you don't know they're there. Then, they ignore the signature release form and say you either need to go pick it up after the third attempt or pay for a fourth. Don't use them! If I could give a zero I would

I needed my package badly the day it was supposed to be delivered, it took no longer than 25 seconds to get to the door and Houdini was already long gone. I’m not sure what the policy on waiting for someone to answer the door is, however my inability to teleport really makes loomis delivery’s difficult to accept. I paid an additional $40 for expedited shipping… I would pay $80 next time to have anyone but loomis ship it.

Horrible service! They 'apparently' made 2 attempts to deliver to my house. The first attempt the guy was so fast we couldn't get to the door quick enough. He was already driving off down the street. The second attempt we were told the package was undeliverable because our house looked abandoned....???? What?! My address was correct. I even went so far as to give extra directions. Across from gas station. White house. Green door. Trees. So then I had to call around to see where my package was. I have to now drive an hour and a half to go pick up my package at their warehouse. I am really not happy with Loomis!

There’s a few things I would preface here: 1. They have no customer service lineβ€” no chat support, nothing. They let you track your package but that’s it. 2. Their drivers put in the bare minimum effort to make the delivery. They also dont have work phones, which makes things so much harder as they can’t call you to let you know they’re there. I swear I saw their truck idle in front of my building for a minute and leave. And they noted of my account that they can’t find my building. It’s stupendous. 3. When I went up to their office to pick up what was supposed to be a delivered package, I was in a good mood and even said a brief hello to the lady in the front desk. She was on the phone so I chatted up my friend who went up there with me as I had to borrow his truck. When the lady finished the call, she turned to me and said I was rude because I was talking to her while I was on the phone. When I explained I just said hello, she said β€œyeah right.” I know you probably hate your job but this level of professionalism (or lack thereof) is unbecoming and should warrant a retraining. Conclusion: the reviews are entirely justified. I wish you well, and I hope the business reevaluates their values and their employees.

It seems failed service is par for the course at Loomis. I had a delivery coming on May 26th. Unfortunately, I wasn't at home when they came. Fair enough. They left a door knocker saying they would try again 2 days later. They didn't. I checked my cameras to make sure. On the door knocker, there are instructions to visit their website and choose "reschedule delivery." That would be great, but there is no such option on their website. When I FINALLY got through to customer service, I was told the package has been returned to sender. Again, first attempt was May 26th. No second attempt. They say they will try 2 times, then hold the package for 5 business days. It's only been 3 business days from the first and only attempt. Absolutely brutal dealing with this company.
