★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Said tried to deliver, was a lie. Said would re deliver, that did not happen. No contact to actual delivery office...can only go through 1800 customer service number. Poor company, how are they still in business? With such a horrible rating!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We own a business and ordered stuff to be delivered to us. However, this delivery company would only deliver before we opened. Only delivery company we have ever dealt with that doesn’t try to go between hours businesses are open. Definitely will not order again if canpar is the delivery option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a bad experience with this company. Latest issue, the driver never attempted delivery and no slip was left, no second attempt. What’s the point of calling it a delivery company when you end up picking up the package yourself every time. Customer service is also awful. I thought DHL was bad but Canpar tops them all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. I missed the two delivery attempts and they left a notice that the package would be held for pick up, but they didn't say where. There is no information on the delivery slip, the online tracking says held at terminal with no address. The info on Google suggests it may be about a 35 minute drive, so I want to make sure that it's the right place. They're website doesn't provide information. I tried their chat and person would not give me the address where my package is being held. This is absolutely ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My package has been sitting at Calgary terminal for 6 days now and I tried to get a hold of why my package is not making its way to British Columbia but I get the run around the bush answers from them. I'm sure if it was with Canada post it would have been delivered Sad that people use canpar as 1 week sitting is unacceptable I wish I could give Zero stars .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They just delivered a laptop and a case to my house in 2 boxes. I was home, but they didn’t ring the bell or even knock. Fortunately they emailed my son that it was delivered, but he lives in a different city. They left it out on our porch, not even close to the door or concealed in any way. With all the porch pirate nonsense it could have been stolen so easily. We live next to a very busy public park. I’m so irritated that they are this irresponsible when theft of packages is so common >:(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional and disrespectful quality of service. Trying to arrange to have the courier call my phone because my condo buzzer was not programmed, 2 agents cited that their drivers only had 'personal' cel phones in their possession, as an excuse why they couldn't facilitate communicating my request to their drivers. The agent argued with me about why I was requesting to pick it up, but afterwards agreed to contact me when it would be available. When they called (2x) the phone disconnected (hung up) on me twice before the agent spoke, but I do not know who or what was responsible. When I went to pick up the package they ordered me out of the building because they have a masking rule, although our province dropped the mandates 2 months ago. When I stated I had a medical mask excemption they said it didn't matter to them. To me this is where the company policies and procedures really struck a sour tone with me. Although no courier is perfect, it surprises me how they remain in business as they really seem bent on aggravating the clients and maybe even their employees, and I wonder who is responsible for this poor service experience given the robust competition available and regulation within the industry.
