★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our kids had an amazing time at their birthday party. The staff was so helpful and approachable. The price was reasonable with options to bring your own food, beverages and other supplies or use their supplies and partnerships. Our party space was large enough and clean.

Our son also takes part in their day camps from time to time. We would highly recommend this location to our friends and family. Great job Laser City! Thank you to all the staff for making it an organized and stress free birthday party.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The kids had a great time for a 12 year old Birthday Party. The only suggestion I would make, would be to offer a free jug of water for the kids vs having to pay for Water. Too much pop with all that running around was a bit much.
Other then that it was a really great Birthday Option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff here are pretty good. They said hello when we walked up to the counter and did a good job of running the laser tag games we played.
I super appreciated the free lockers for my purse, and the rack for hanging jackets.
The first game had 12 players on each team, the second was 10 each and the third was 16. I did not enjoy the busyness of the final game - it felt extremely crowded. The first two were great. The laser tag arena layout is 2 levels with some good sight lines down the centre "atrium" to the lower floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend! Our 9 year old had a mini paintball birthday party and it was great. Staff are super friendly and informative. They kept the kids engaged and had plenty of different rounds and games during paintball.
We had 2 party tables and they supplied all the plates/spoons/cups and pop!
Also saw them cleaning plenty of times so if thats something you're concerned about, they definitely sanitize and make sure everything is kept clean and safe!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The PERFECT PLACE FOR A BIRTHDAY PARTY!!! So many children have literally gone a couple of years without having a birthday party gathering that the energy from the kids is HUMONGOUS!!!
It is such a wonderful experience to have a bunch of kids be able to mix and mingle and be carefree running wild at Laser City. The staff here are so accommodating. You are allowed to bring outside food here.
PRO TIP- Order some delivery food such as pizza to the party to save you from having to bring it yourself!
Each party gets 5 2L bottles of pop of your choice or water too.
Play two games with the kids im teams so that everyone has fun regardless of skill level.
One request of Laser City - please allow for people to have code names so that it is easier to track who is who during and after the game. For a Birthday party just hand the stack of results to the party organizer to give to the rest of the kids. Much less work for the staff.
