We arrived more than half an hour ahead at the shuttle bus pick-up location at the airport, called three times with no response and waited for around half an hour for a shuttle bus to arrive. IT NEVER DID. We decided to take a taxi in fear of being late to our car pick-up and ended paying around 20$ for a 8-minute ride from the airport to the car rental shop. We expressed our concern to the employees and the lady at the front desk responded really coldly. We asked for a refund. The told us to contact customer care and they did nothing to resolve our issue stating that the shuttle bus was functioning on that day. They told us it passes every 10-15 minutes. Having waited for 30 minutes, we can safely say that no shuttle bus ever passed. Other customers a few days prior to us encountered the same problem. Overall, unprofessional and disorganized. Very disappointing.
Y	Yangyang Fang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a great deal on a SUV rental (almost brand new Ford escape, $31/day), reception girls are super friendly and acccomodating. Halfway through the rental period the car needed an oil change, a replacement SUV was delivered to my address within a few hours. Company conducts its businesses honestly: at inspection before giving me the car, they showed me a tiny chip hidden under the windshield washers that I would have never discovered myself. We also forgot our national park pass in the vehicle and they held on to it for us. Pretty happy with our experience!
T	Tom Holtom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience from start to finish. We travelled to Calgary from the UK. Rented a RAM pickup truck to take to Banff. The truck was fairly new with low mileage and was an absolute pleasure to drive, especially in the snow. The fuel policy was fair, collect with half a tank and return with at least the same. There was no hard sell on insurance as we'd already pre purchased through VIP car rentals. They just wanted to see the certificate to ensure it covered pickup trucks. They also offered a shuttle service which is about a ten min ride to/ from the airport.

The vehicle we received was much more comfortable and luxurious than what was expected. Great value! Free shuttle to and from the airport. Best prices we could find online. Highly recommend!

They shuttled us to and from the airport which was very convenient and I felt the staff were all quite pleasant. I was disappointed by the lack of communication in advance about the additional $25/day due to being under 25-years-old. Although I understand an increase in price because of age is common in the car rental industry, I think it could have been communicated better. Otherwise, it was a great experience and would rent from Routes again in the future.

I have been calling the company for roadside assistance for over 2 hours now. I am kept on hold by many customer service agents who do not actually work in the office/location where I rented from. I have been given 3 different numbers for roadside assistance and none of them work. I am about to miss my flight home. No one seems concerned at all about my safety or retrieving this car. I could never ever recommend this company to anyone. This is a safety hazard and a huge liability. I am still waiting to speak to someone and get help. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT book with Routes. This is completely unprofessional and disorganized. I am appalled that this company is in business and operating this way.

Loved the Jeep we rented, pay the windshield insurance if you are headed to the mountains. Will definitely rent from them again and they provide shuttle to airport which is a plus for us.
