The worst experience I've ever had in my lifetime of traveling and reading all of these terrible reviews that I can relate to, I'm not sure how these men are still in business with all of the disrespect and scams they are putting travellers through. Do not trust them when they tell you to pay extra for insurance. They are also not located in the airport and will rudly argue with every fact you say. Their prices are completely decieving. Save yourself the headache and the money. There's many other cheap car rental places that are legitimate and professional.
O	Olga Fes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. As soon as we walked in, these people were incredibly rude. We already had a booking for a certain price and they tried to convince us there were more fees associated with our booking, and that we HAD to pay insurance meanwhile we already had insurance. In my experience of renting with many different car rentals around the world, I've never had anyone force me to buy insurance as it's not mandatory. We called the front guy out for trying to scam us and he became so disrespectful. His attitude was poisonous and will put him out of business soon. Do not give these SCAM ARTISTS your money. Oh and they're not even located in the airport as they advertise. FILTHY, ROTTEN ROACHES.
S	Shelly Meyers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional, rude, inconvenient, gave me a car with absolutely no windshield washer fluid which maybe I should have noted the error on the dash but I feel it's up to them to be on top of that rather than inconvenience me to fill it and make me drive down Deerfoot Trail with a smeared up windshield doing 100km/hr BUT the real kicker is the lovely text I got to my cell from the manager of the place telling me not to stay alone in my hotel room and if I needed someone to drink with me, he would. Completely unprovoked, unwanted and unprofessional. I especially love that the head office didn't even respond to my concern about that.

G	Gazal Raga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst rental car company. Worst customer service. We rented a car thru Ace in Calgary. They knew we were arriving at 7 pm. They never told us there was an after hours charge of $100.00 cash until we got to Calgary airport for pickup, even though they advertised 24 hours pickup service. They demanded we pay or they will not pick us up. We had no choice but to pay. The driver was 20 late. They did not give us any receipt and we were told that we will get our receipt when we return the car. On the day to return the car. We got a call at 2:30 demanding that we should return the car at 5 but our agreed time was 6. When we got there at 4 pm the attendant was very rude and refused to give us receipt for the 100.00. On top of their rates are higher than other rental companies in airport who charge with unlimited mileage. No wonder when other rental have no cars available, they still have cars for rent.

Very unprofessional and rude behavior. Staff demanded liability insurance. When told him is covered under credit card he demanded prove. Eventually refused to rent a car and had no curtesy to provide ride back to airport. Such people should be out of customer service business

The car was new and clean, they provided shuttle to and from the airport. The pick-up was quick and easy which was great considering we had our two young children with us. We found the customer service we received courteous and helpful. We’d definitely rent from Ace again.
