We had some difficulty with customer service (1-800 number) not making the correct changes on our account but Elizabeth H. from this location personally called me and got everything handled for us. She really lifted a huge stress from our shoulders and gave me her direct line in case anything else came up. I can't be more thankful she was so understanding and willing to find a solution. We use Enterprise frequently due to travelling for work and now I will ensure I am recommending this Enterprise to anyone that needs a car in YYC. Thanks so much Elizabeth and Airport Enterprise!! :)

Being a Gold Tier member I made my reservation through Enterprise app (not a third party site) and before I confirmed my reservation, I made a call to the local Enterprise branch and an employee assured me that there will be no extra fees for returning the car rented at the airport to a different location as long it will be returned within the city of Calgary. After arriving late hour from Toronto I found out that Enterprise has a problem with payments and can't process any of my credit cards. Understandably technical issues happen, too bad for me it was almost midnight. However the worst part was when the employee (claiming himself to be a manager) found out that I am going to return rental at different location. I was informed that there will be an extra fee of at least $150 + cost of rental. In this situation I had to cancel and find a different way of getting back home. As a long time customer I was expecting fast, easy and problem free service instead I met with poor service and lack of professionalism. Definitely don't recommend!!
k	kenny kenny on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a car from here online and picked up and dropped off at the airport location and it was the best rate form other companies, great customer service by the two girls at the reception desk as they greeted me really well, explained and directed me to the pickup area. At the pickup location the girl was also very friendly and nice and helped did an inspection together and explained everything really well. The only thing I would recommend is to clean the seats as the car had some stains which we didn’t see during the inspection as the car is parked in underground parkade and it’s dark there. I WOULD RECOMMEND USING ENTERPRISE FROM AIRPORT OVER OTHER COMPANIES! Thanks

My original booking wasn’t working out for me and my friends and the employees and manager were able to get me into a bigger car with any issues! Highly recommended!!!

I rented a car from this location as I was planning to drive it from Calgary to Vancouver. I had the pleasure of dealing with Pratik at the front desk of Enterprise Calgary Airport. He made my life simple and also was able to provide an upgrade to my vehicle. I appreciate the good customer service and ease of using the vehicle. Thank you team for a great job. Will definitely return to rent from this location again.
W	Wes Beach on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a vehicle from Enterprise in Dec 2021. We dropped the vehicle without inspection as we had an early flight. We received an email receipt from Enterprise for the expected amount showing vehicle had been returned. (No Damages Noted). Two weeks later (near end of Dec) I received an email saying the vehicle had a broken windshield and we were liable. I called in on 1 800 number and was told that there should be no charge as it was not noted on the receipt. I was told the district manager would look into it. Three weeks (mid Jan) later we got an invoice for the windshield. I called customer service and after explaining my situation I was informed that they can charge you after the fact even if they send receipt! They did however waive the charge as the Manager there is supposed to call and let you know there would be a charge and he failed to do so. I was going to not leave a review since charges were dropped however after seeing similar story on CBC about Enterprise I did some quick research. Enterprise Airport Calgary has 5+ similar reviews in the past year. There is only one other airport rental company that has any similar complaints (Thrifty). My advise is do not rent from Enterprise however if you have to rent from Enterprise because everything else is booked, take lots of pictures of the vehicle before you leave with it and after you return it even if an attendant checks you in.
