Doesn't know English and the lady over there said " go to another U-Haul we won't serve u" when asked to do everything lil fast because we were waiting from 25 minutes.
She was extremely rude
Never go to this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perhaps the single worst moving experience. Incompetent, does not speak English, has random people come behind the counter to help him. Was 45 mins late and spent half the time processing groceries. Uhaul should remove this as a location because it gives UHaul a bad name. Also there is only a tiny sticker on the window indicating that it's a uhaul location. Spent 15 mins looking for it.
Do not go to this location. Ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This U-Haul location is the absolute worst. They made our move such a nightmare. We called U-Haul customer service and asked them to do an investigation. These guys are renting out faulty and dirty trucks! They are also trying to charge us for an empty gas tank even though filled it right up after we used the truck. We have receipts and pictures as proof!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very poor service. there were minor complications with y previous uhaul rental that needed to be rectified on my end. after i fixed the issue and got the go ahead from uhaul corporate office, they service representatives at this location still would not allow me to rent the truck. a man came in yelling and was very rude, physically tried to remove me from the store and was very disrespectful. i kept my calm and they carried the issue on until 8:00pm until they closed. at which time i said to them i am very unhappy with how i was treated and i hope no one has to experience what i just went through. terrible customer service, poor representation of uhaul, disrespectful behaviour on their behalf and an overall experience that is absolutely unacceptable from a business stand point. UHAUL SHOULD REVIEW THEIR BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION VERY CLOSELY !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great if you go when it's not busy but not great when you do. I came on a Friday evening and pick up was quick and easy when I was the only one there. The hours are flexible and why I chose it over closer locations to me.
However the next day when dropping off there was 5 people in line within a small space. Which is troubling during the 3rd wave of Covid-19. Fortunately I turned out to be okay. They could use a 2nd computer as the other employee wasn't able to be any help. They also need to provide hand sanitizer and put up a plexiglass barricade on their front counter. Overall a mix experience.

Called in to book a truck and asked for pricing was told to check online and got hung up on. What a joke. called back to get the name of the lady I was speaking with and got hung up on again. Whoever is managing this place needs to get fired along with all its employees and close the doors because this is pathetic.
