★ ★ ★ ★ ★ LOL...If you are looking to get ripped off, please use their service. Today I went in to send money to Pakistan got a rate of 77 rs, actual rate was more then 78.50 icing on the cake is the bad bad attitude. man how are they still in business...ripping off people

Canadian Union is the worst place to use for sending money to our loves one. I would never recommend it to anyone to use there services. Living in North America and dealing with world's best Customer Service Industries this business is still deal with same Pakistani style, giving no respect to client, holding their funds for several days and making money , delaying payments, stubborn and argumental, hung up phone on me twice saying that I call after closing hours, So just to show his real face I call them after 15 minutes from a different number he picks up again and this time rather inquiring about my previous transaction, I ask him if I can send money and he was very happy & greedy by saying yes we can do that and then i told him i am tge same person you hung up two times he start using harsh language and hung up again. I would never recommend this kind of service to any one but if it happens to you as well please step up and report it to Better Business Bureau and tell your friends and family that don't ever go this place. It's normal for them to delay payments from 7-10 days by saying we had already transfered there must be some problem in Pakistan with your bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The director or owner of this business Mr Shoib Haroon is very arrogant and disrespectful towards complaining customers. He has extremely worst customer service and hung up phone on me when I asked about late money transfer. They hold money when dollar rate is low and they keep customers waiting until rate goes up so they can make extra money from your money that is on hold. They don't care even some one needs urgent money In Pakistan but they use their money and make money. They promise instant delivery but when the rate suddenly goes down they will hold money and will deliver your money after few days when rate goes up or customer complaints. When I went to his office for the complaint, but he desrespected me and told me to get out of his shop. I request people to take his behavior serious and don't give him further business. Go to Moneygram or Westren Union instead as they will give you better rate and they will respect you as customer. Please tell every one about his bad behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using them since they started their business in calgary, i think 2008 and its been 11 years now and i did thousands of my transactions through them on my routine monthly transfer but never had issues and i am totally satisfied and never look around for rates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unreliable and extremely bad service. Impossible to get through over the phone. I have tried calling them for hours. Funds are never deposited in time, I have been waiting for 5 days now for my funds to be transferred to Pakistan with no luck, and no one answers the phone. Terrible people to deal with. Never using them again.
