★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He charged 100 dollars for an Out of Date form which was free online. Had to retake the current one. Paid him 100 dollars for nothing. He might look innocent and put on decent behaviour however he will loot you. No sense of duty or integrity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dishonest Lawyer. He worked with my CIBC mortgage broker to try and defraud us of $3000.00.
Luckily we had all our paperwork in order and proved to CIBC that he was a scammer.
CIBC severed ties with the Lakhanpal and the mortgage broker.
He seems friendly but he is a liar and a scammer.
AVOID ATALL COSTS!
