★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give them zero stars. Getting my car repaired through insurance and they keep delaying the final date. Its been a month and a half and still delaying. Only go to these guys if you dont want your car for next 2-3 months.
Never coming back and wouldn't recommend anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We did our truck sunroof replacement two years ago, after that we haven’t open it until last week, we found it didn’t open properly, I called fixauto Deerfoot and made an appointment for the issue even after two years. They did a great job fixed the issue and also cleaned my truck with no charge. Excellent service and cleaning. Thank you very much, highly recommended this shop!

They make it a good experience when we all know going to an auto body shop is never for enjoyable reasons. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my car here based on an insurance referral for hail damage. Stefanie was absolutely amazing but I have had a sub par experience since I picked up my vehicle. I had detailed my vehicle before I dropped it off and when I got it back - dusty footprints everywhere, paint on the seats, a waxy coating on all the windows and my display screen. I contacted their customer service and they refuse to get back to me. It has now been a month without a resolution. Weeks to respond to emails is completely unacceptable. I’m very very disappointed in the service I have received from Fix Auto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my van repaired here due to a collision. They were quick and kept me up to date with emails regularly notifying me what stage the repairs were at. The girls at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. The staff was very professional and they made everything go smoothly from the repairs to the rental. And on top of everything else they detailed my van so when I picked it up it was like I was getting into a brand new car! A special thank you for the effort they put into cleaning my van! I would highly recommend them they were amazing beginning to end! Thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to bring car in after collision. Repair took a long time but it was no fault of Fix Auto (supply chain difficulties). They kept me up to date with emails as to the progress of repairs. They also have a system you can log in to and see up to date status of repairs at any given time.
Customer service is fantastic. Staff always friendly and pleasant to speak with. Very highly recommended!!
