★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family has been going to The Fun Zone (previously The Playtrium) for almost 6 years now, and we love it! The play structure is great for little kids to move and exercise, and they always have a tonne of fun! The staff is helpful, the play structure is clean and we have only had great experiences!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hosted my son’s 6th birthday party here. The room rental is large and clean. The staff were all friendly and very accommodating. The room had plenty of tables and chairs with a few colourful decorations. It was a great experience.

Firstly, there was this really cool nice employee who helped me with stuff (never caught the lads name) and I played laser tag, did pretty well for myself considering my opponents were rather intimidating and I got second place in the whole game!!! Shoutout to the guy who helped me put my vest on and stuff. Really great establishment. Hope to come back soon

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took our 4 year old. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, place was spotless, and everything in working order. For $20 my daughter was able to go on the huge soft play structure for unlimited play. We spent another $10 for tokens gor the arcade games which were awsome! So for $30 my kid had a BLAST for 2 hours. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were there today. The place was completely empty thanks to Covid which was a little disappointing. We did free play and 2 rounds of laser tag which was boring with only 3 people. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. We had an absolutely wonderful time. My nephews had a blast. Maybe, can you allow your staff to jump into a game when the numbers are so low? It would have made a world of difference. Thank you to the wonderful staff, WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited here last night with our girls and they LOVED it. The soft play area is even larger then Nebs in Oshawa. They have rides that little ones can ride on and there are a few games right beside the play place. There is a snack place in the back near the VR area and there are more 'adult' vending games behind the soft play area. The two guys working there are super nice and engaged the kids well when they turned in their tickets. There are couches, which is really neat, that are set up all around the play area. We loved that aspect as you can see where the kids are at, most of the time, from one area. It was clean and tidy and everything was in working order. All in all, we'll definitely be back. Thanks for a great time. My girls loved it. ?
