A plus: service was quick and the queue moved really fast

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Ignored and then told to pay somewhere else. Then when you bring your receipt for your order, you're asked "what is it?" Like they've never seen a receipt before even though you were asked to bring it over. But the drink was decent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management needs to increase staff at the Cafe. 1 person doing everything for 20 customers. Disgraceful . Wait time 20 minutes. And not the young lady’s fault that was behind the counter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shame on the management of this place for having such little oversight and not providing direction. Like the others, I agree the coffee is very bad - old, strong and burned.
The lady behind the counter has obviously received little to no training or ongoing coaching. Aside from being alone to serve multiple customers, she wears gloves both handling food and cash. The place was dirty and her service was very slow and indifferent.
I get that this is likely a union shop, but I can only imagine the employees here hate it as much as the customers.
Shame on management and shame on YVR for allowing this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has the feel and taste of bad gas station coffee and food. Unfortunately this is the only option on the wing with gates 90-95. Hence there is a long line of people there right now at 8am - apparently of people not reading Google reviews ;-) - but only one employee is behind the counter ...
