A	Adriano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cabin attendants don't know how to deal with passengers. They don't use the words like please, excuse me, etc. A passenger claimed that to one of the CAs. Besides the rude staff, the flight to Taipei was very pleasant.

I took eva air BR0010 from Taipei to Vancouver on 16th in Jun When i checked in and sent my 2 languages to rail, the eva worker said that one of my suit case is big, so she let me send different rail for big stuff. And I transferred at Taipei then i tried to pick my suitcases. But I couldn’t find for a while. So i asked eva air woker to help me to find my language. And he found out where my language is. My suitcase was wrapped with huge plastic bag. And it was broken so badly and zipper was also opened then i asked the guy worker what was going on my suit case. I want to write report officially, but he said eva air doesn’t do anything about it and he let me go. And i came back home and check my stuff. I lost so many items. 2 pants, accessories, 3 shirt, 4 high heels, make up stuff. I just want to find or know where my items are. All of stuff which i lost came out from the huge broken whole. I have never happened before...... and anyone didn’t try to solve this problem and just let me understand like unfortunation and no one didn’t explain why it happened or apologize

I called a 1-800# as well as the local Vancouver number and both get you to a department that literally they hang up on you as soon as the phone is transferred there. I tried 4x over 3 days. Then another department puts you on hold for over 30 mins (I gave up both times, it sounds like it's on hold forever based on other reviews). Too bad, I like the airline itself but there is no customer service support.

I've never heard there's penalty for unused tickets! they never answer my calls, emails and others. this taiwanese air company just steals customers money. They hired an attorney to blackmailed me that they'll get me to the court.
A	Andy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever I fly anywhere in the world, I always trust Eva. They are always on time and have the best customer service I've ever had experienced, especially on transfer flights. They go the extra mile to make sure you are well informed upon exiting the plane and have people guiding you to your new gate. How many Airlines can you say do that? Food and comfort is also as always top notch, there's plenty enough leg space for economy passengers and food is always tasty, which is very rare to say when you're 30,000 feet up in the air in a pop can with wings! ?

Our flight landed last night, there were no poter service available at the time, Cheery helped us with baggage and wheelchair to where our family pick us up. Without her help it would be impossible for me to push two carts and my mom’s wheelchair! Thank you Cheery and Eva airways!
